I wish I could give 0 stars. I think these employees take pride in being terrible in every aspect of their job. No sense of urgency.

Order was wrong. I asked for 16 pieces, half spicy half mild, in separate boxes. The fastest thing they did was told me it would take 20 minutes as if I would be discouraged to wait when told that. I still waited.
It wasnt until I got to my house to realize that it was all MILD in the same box.

I came to this popeyes in the PX food court on my 30 minute lunch break from work. There was NO ONE in front of us today at 1200(Sunday June 16th). I ordered a number 3 and my husband ordered just the sandwich. 2 sandwiches and a fry.. it took 20 minutes!!! The “Crew Leader” was rude, unfriendly and slower than a literal sloth. She should not be working fast food at all. When we finally got my food we didn’t have time to eat it there. I opened up my sandwich to eat it in the car on the way back to work. The patty was smaller than the palm of my hand, cold and soggy. My husband said, just have mine, I will get something else. His was the same way. Will never go here again.

A couple of the employees there have terrible attitudes. My wife and I are regulars and we usually use a deal from the app. These 2 employees in particular give us attitude for using it because their system apparently doesn’t allow them to just put in the codes from the deals. Well one day my wife and I go there and they immediately start saying to one another “Aw no, you’ll have to take them. I can’t deal with them.” Not even trying to make sure we didn’t hear them or anything. They have no sense of customer service and always act like they hate their jobs.

Came for a spicy chicken sandwich at noon. Asked for one with No pickles. Cashier said they couldn’t do that because they already had them made with pickles and they weren’t making any more right now. Then proceeded to give me a cold sandwich with pickles. Worst experience I’ve had with Popeyes OR AAFES.

Everytime ive gone here there have been no cashiers at the front so i have to wait a good 15 minutes just to order. The cashiers always have attitudes with evryone and they take an incredibly long time fo get my food to me. Overall i end up waiting for a good 30-45 minutes. Terrible customer service and an even worse sense of urgency from a fast food place.
