Amazing pizza for such a small town. We stayed in Oak Creek as Steamboat is much more expensive for lodging. I am so glad we did primarily because of this pizza shop. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Their crust is crispy without being too crunchy and their sauce is nice and herbaceous. Pair that with quality cheese and pepperoni and people are fighting over the last slice. We also had their homemade meatball sub which was equally as good with a crisp bun, hearty sauce and extremely flavorful meatballs. Franciosi Brothers is more than worth the 20ish minute drive from Steamboat!

We showed up ten minutes before closing time and hungry!
We got the fried ravioli and the veggie pizza – the food came out reasonably quickly and was delicious. The serving staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was very comfy.

Everything and everyone at Franciosi Brothers is absolutely amazing! They even nailed a special request on Valentine’s Day for a heart-shaped pizza! Delicious food with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service I highly recommend a visit!

Great pizza, great drink selection and great service. Living in the New Jersey / New York “pizza capital” area. I have to say this is awesome pizza and not what i expected for Colorado pizza at all! Tanner at the counter was super friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back

I have had the pleasure of eating here a couple times with a group of friends on a fishing trip. There pizza and beer is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. They have always welcomed our large group and served us in amazing time while still cranking out the to go orders or seving the other dine-in customers. Even when the power goes out. Thank you and keep doing what your doing. See you next October

Stopped in to get some pizza while staying nearby and was quite happy with the delicious food and quick and friendly service. Had the brussel sprouts and garlic bread as appetizers and the meat lovers pizza. The brussel sprouts were quite flavorful and loved the crunchy bits. The garlic bread was outstanding flavor and cheesiness. The pizza was good as well but the two apps outshined it for me. I would still get the pizza again but probably eat it at home after chowing down on the sprouts and garlic bread. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Franciosi Brothers has been on my list for a while. I visited their Oak Creek location for lunch today on a drive from Eagle County to Steamboat. As a transplanted north easterner, I’ve been seeking good pizza and subs. The chicken Parmesan sub was very good. The Caesar salad was tasty too. The parm was made with breaded chicken breast, not the typical Colorado way with frozen chicken tenders. While delicious, I’d like to see sauce added before heating in the oven. They provide a side of marinara. The pizza looked like a decent thin crust which I will try next time. All said, better than any I can find in Eagle County (that’s Vail and Beaver Creek, etc for those visiting). Casual, simple atmosphere. Nice backyard with a stage which must be fun when they have music. If they opened a place somewhere like the Town of Eagle or Gypsum or Edwards, they’d be very popular!

We were triple surprised here. We arrived at 6pm. Two of the things we wanted to order they were out of (due to shipment with snow, but surprise #1) – chicken and truffle fries. Then it took over an hour to get our 2 pizzas. Surprise #2- not fun to wait that long with young kids, but thankfully they had some Legos. When the food arrived we had surprise #3- absolutely amazing food!! We had cheese and meatball pizza and an ultimate pizza. Overall, for the wait I would give 2 or 3 stars, but the food was a solid 5. I would go again!!

Ate here when they first opened and it was great, had been a while since making it down to Oak Creek again but this visit yesterday was amazing.
Delicious pizza, and sides. The Crispy Brussels are up there with some of the best in town, yummy calamari too.
Great guy running the register and running food out. Everyone was friendly and the vibe was family casual.
I bet that place rocks for live music!!!

I am a local and have been to Franciosi’s at least 20 times. I just can’t go back again. The food is so bad it’s a joke! The place is dirty, the cook’s aprons are matted with old food and sauce from days of not cleaning them. The last two pizzas we got had slices missing and an excuse why the slices are missing. They brought us the missing slices later. If you are a pizza place and you can’t make pizza, why even bother? Yesterday was the worst and final time we will go. missing two slices on the pie, super greasy very little cheese over cooked burnt with holes in the bottom of the pizza it was so bad we had to get food on our way home. Stay away from this amateur run restaurant.
