Why did my sandwich get smashed when I got it, there’s no way it was assembled like this. Also it was cold. Its like i got the one that was smashed and left out. Idk what happened ive never had problems with this location before but this was extremely disappointing.

Uhh. When is there going to be change. I’ve had several issues with this location. I love me some Popeyes so I keep giving them another shot. But There are over seven 1 ⭐️ review’s in the last couple months. I Ordered online. Currently waiting over 30 minutes after being asked to “pull up” so there timer doesn’t capture my long wait. I am still in the parking lot right now waiting for my food. Let’s do better Popeyes ! Just got food 32 mins later. Sandwiches smushed too. Smh.

I went to the restaurant at 9:30 PM and walked inside to place a takeout order. The manager immediately told me, “The lobby is closed.” I explained that I wasn’t dining in and was only placing a takeout order. She repeated that the lobby was closed and told me I had to leave the building and go through the drive-thru instead. This was confusing and frustrating since I was already inside the lobby at 9:30. I don’t see the logic in being asked to leave just to place the same order through the drive-thru. The situation reflected poor customer service.

Was cut off several times trying to order. I ordered shrimp combo and sandwich combo . Had to pull around and wait for it. Get home and it’s two piece fried chicken not shrimp. Sandwiches ok but we literally got less than a handful of fries

We ordered chicken dinner and then a shrimp combo. We was given drinks as they wanted to. Very slowly. We had to pull up to get food m Shrimp was hot both spicy and temperature wise. Chicken was warm but it was old tasting. It seems like it was there for hours or possibly day before chicken. French fries and mashed potatoes was also excellent. Just ranting.

People working in this location are very rude and they surely don’t know how to make customers welcome. They definitely need to teach staff how to talk to customers! Food was dry!

Ordered 2 pc dark meat combo. Recd 1 scrawny wing and thigh. Ordered 3 pc tender recd chunks of chicken mostly crunchy skin or small chunks of chicken. Not likely to patronize a Popeyes anytime soon or ever??? Almost $20, seriously. Price has gone up amt of chicken and service at an all time low.

Ordered the two piece combo. Chicken was totally burned! Everything else was OK. They did not offer to switch the chicken or refund me. I happen to love popeyes at other locations. Owner of this one needs to start checking up on it before they have to close it!

Popeyes has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. They’re nuggets brought me back. But I have had 2 separate issues months apart in the 2 times I have come to this location for lunch. The staff is kind but their customer service skills need some work. Will return for the nuggets, these things are delicious.

Very Dissatisfied with the service I received at store # 12971!! I place an order for a 2can dine and I didn’t get all of my food.. I called the store and couldn’t reach anyone so call the other store here in Dothan and was able to get in touch with a General manager for the location I went to she apologized & asked me to bring my receipt so my order can be replaced , when I got to the store and spoke with the manager on duty she informed me that she can only replace the items that were missing she replaced one chicken breast & one biscuit which very Dry ! I was shocked!! because as an assistant Manager myself I would have replaced my customers entire order to ensure that my customer is satisfied. I also called the other Popeyes store here in Dothan to see what the policy and procedures are for Popeyes. I was told that they can only replace missing items and not entire orders! I’ve always thought in the fastfood. You’re suppose to make sure the customer is Satisfied! To ensure that that guest will return.
