Normally I wouldn’t give 5 stars because 85% of the time the employees will leave off my drink or give me regular chicken when I ordered spicy or they’ll give thigh & wings & breast when I asked for legs BUT TODAY I noticed they were short staffed and they KILLED IT, a wonderful job to the lady at the window for not getting an attitude & for giving me the correct order & also for the person who cooked & prepared the food. It truly means a lot getting off work and getting what I work hard to pay for. I am starving & Im about to eat so good. THANK YOU!!! Wish I hadn’t thrown my receipt away but it was around 3:25pm on 8/15/2025, so I hope those ladies get rewarded!

First And Foremost When I Pulled Up Through The Drive Through i Could Barely Here The Young Lady On The Intercom! Secondly I Ordered The Number 5 Which Consists Of The 3 Or S Piece Tender Combo For Me And My Son We Ended Up Getting 3 Piece Thigh Leg And Wing No Biscut! I Order My Husband A 2 Piece Meal His Was Correct And I Also Ordered 3 Drinks When The Young Lady Passed The Drinks Out Of The Windiw They Were Overfilled And i Had To Ask For Napkins To Wipe Them She Had A Very Very Very Very Nasty Attitude For No Reason And When She Handed My Food Out The Window It Was Just As Bad! IF I Spend My Money At An Establishment I Expect To Get Damn Good Customer Service With A Smile Not An Attitude Period! These Young Kids Nowadays Know Nothing About Great Customer Service And Its Sad Amd It Makes The Establishment And Restaurant Look Very Bad

Anniston location: Food good but be prepared to wait. Store had small remodel but needs a bit more in lobby. I didn’t see restroom so no info on those. Hood vents over fryers either don’t work, need cleaned, or needs more. That can’t be good for employees to breath all day. Friendliness of staff is hit or miss.

we got dinner this evening and it was great! fresh food exactly what we ordered i expressed how much i love blackened ranch and that baby at the register made sure i got a lot! very friendly smooth fast service will definitely be back again soon.

On Wednesday, my sister and I were at Popeyes in Anniston. We went through the drive-thru to order. When we went to order, the lady taking our order kept rushing us. I wasn’t done ordering, and the lady was being rude. When we went to the window to pay, it was a different lady she was nice and wasn’t the one who took our order. The lady who handed us the food was the one who took the order. I asked for hot sauce and ranch, and the rude Popeyes lady rolled her eyes at me, just being downright rude. The lady had two colors in her hair she had attitude problem I probably won’t go back to that Popeyes anymore

Everytime I come here ..it’s this one lady(black) with a ponytail and lashes she’s always in the drive-thru window and she is just RUDE..no customer service skills and it’s everytime. I dont know her name but my receipt says (thomas) she forgot my drink so I drove back around to get it ,and she was looking at me all stank.like it was my fault..Honestly she doesn’t need to be in the window. Maybe in the back .. I tried calling to speak with the GM and I think the same lady answered the phone and refused to let me speak with her because she knew I was calling to report her. It’s just sad you have to get treated like that when you’re spending your money and haven’t done anything to anybody!!!

Person taking our order was rude. I was not asked how I wanted my chicken flavored. It was not spicy, which is what I always get. I used to eat there once a week. When ownership changed they stopped taking local school coupons, and the service went down. I seldom go, and after my last visit, I doubt I’ll be back.

Staff was extremely rude because they don’t know how to ring up an order. I came there for 2 pc & a biscuit with a side of mash potatoes. Had to repeat myself for a SIMPLE order. And another thing it’s not very customer to call someone dumb! It’s not my problem yall rung up my order wrong.

I had pull to the curb while waiting for chicken to be pulled. Worker at the window, on the phone the whole time, and to top it off. Asked for beans/rice and got fries, one order was correct, the other asked for 2 piece w/biscuits and got strips. I should have checked my bag since this has happened other places but I was in a hurry and had already waited for about 10 minutes. But it did make me realized, I’m done with all fast-food places unless Im on the road traveling. This was my second time here. Ih last thing. The person at the window is the fsce of the company during that interaction, make them at least be more presentable and not look like they haven’t bathed in months, cared more what was on the phone than the customer. I’ll stop now, but I used to be a customers service training manager. There are some people that need to be in the back and not the window. And do most of them wash they uniforms…yeah, Im done with fast-food un my areas…

Went in today spending around 40$ on food. Lady at the drive through didn’t know what number was which item and needed the order repeated 6 separate times. When getting our food at the window was ignored and waited longer than 6 minutes to even get to drinks. Will probably not be back.
