I love Franco’s Pizza. It is one of my got to pizza places. Their pizza sauce, dough and toppings are top notch. And I’m sure that’s why they are often busy. I ordered pizza on a Tuesday night on line and the usual ready time is 30 mins. I left my home 30 mins after placing the order and it took me about 6-8 mins to get there and once I arrived I waited for 30 more mins before my pizza was ready. While I waited about 4 different people came to pick up their orders and another man came in and waited with me. Tired as I already was, that’s why I ordered pizza instead of cooking, I had to wait there for my pizza. I was very disappointed in this wait.

Great pizza and service. Unfortunately at this location there is no bathroom or a place to wash your hands which is inconvenient for seat in customers. Definitely recommend getting pizza and wings here.

Tried Francos pizza for the very first time and we just wish we would have tried it sooner! We ordered a 12 slice pizza, Breadsticks and 10 chicken wings because they have a special for all that for under 40 dollars. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and for that price, it made it that much better! We enjoy a saucey pizza, so we did order extra sauce and it was perfect. The dough was very soft and fluffy (Which we love) and the sauce has a excellent thickness to it and good flavor and seasoning. They give you a generous quantity of breadsticks and they are pretty good but best enjoyed as soon as you get them and our chicken wings were pretty saucy although we ordered medium but never got soggy and wasn’t overly spicy, which we enjoyed! And they even have good blue cheese! I will say for the price being lower than other places, they definitely don’t lack on quality nor quantity and take pride in what they are serving. Most places seem to be cutting dough and doing everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you but they seem to be one of the few that are still doing it the right way! Don’t be like us and wait to check them out, we highly recommend it!

Ordered a party tray and deli sub platter for daughter’s birthday/Bills playoff game and it was amazing as always. Food was ready at the time requested. Family who has eaten Franco’s for years were surprised about the sub tray they never realized you had. Other family that had not had Franco’s were talking about how great your pizza is the next day even. Love Franco’s!!

If this place wasn’t so close I wouldn’t spend my money. Most of the people who work here are rude and seem annoyed that you dared to walk in. One time I stood at the counter for multiple minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When they give you your order they usually just set it on the counter and don’t even say anything to you. It’s also annoying for pickup orders that you have to give your entire phone number and hope they hear it correctly, instead of simply giving your name (which is how it is at almost every other place). I doubt 10 other people are ordering with the same name as me. Wings are always bone dry.

Me and/or my family go to Franco’s almost every week! Not only is the food delicious and extremely consistent, but deliveries are quick and easy.
If you have tried Franco’s a year or more ago, I IMPLORE you to go NOW. The recipe for their pizza has been overhauled. They use a new sauce and crust recipe. As my sister, who likes pizza just okay said: it is now CRAVEABLE.

Ordered francos for catering a large office party and everything was amazing!!!! GREAT salad, amazing pizza, it was exactly on time, and they delivered to a very complicated location. Service was excellent, I called and asked for plates and napkins and they included those as well as salad tongs! Franco’s knocked it out of the park!!

Ordered a pizza from here and asked for an extra box since we will be taking monthly milestone photos for our newborn and they went above and beyond. They wrote a heartfelt message, gave an extra box, cookies and a pizza cutter. Really went above and beyond. So thoughtful ❤️

I visited this place in February to try their landmark Buffalo chicken pizza. I should say that it was original and authentic. Price wise it is a bit on the high side yet it was heavily stuffed with chicken and mozzarella. And even the medium size pizza I ordered was bigger with a really thick crust compared to large size pizzas on many other national pizza chains. If you are a visitor, this pizza place is a must try. This place is like Chicago Giordano’s of Buffalo.
