Couldn’t choke down the chicken sandwich that I bought. Bun was burnt and chicken was cold as well. I do not recommend eating here. Clearly KFC across the street is way better! The bun is burnt and cold the chicken was hard as hell. I would expect a refund after this gross service and food.

3 consecutive days I came here ordering chicken fingers and every single time I was served old food! Even after asking for fresh food cooked to order! Definitely a horrible experience everytime I come here. There is never anyone to answer the phone to even correct the mistakes. Just gotta learn my lesson and find a new Popeyes. Just sucks because now I have to drive all the way across town just to enjoy a fast food restaurant that I enjoy. This location just sucks and can’t get it right!

First time in my life I had a successful trip to Popeyes. Honestly only went to buy tenders for a comparison test and I was shocked at the speed, accuracy, and freshness of what I got. Maybe a once in a lifetime event happened here that I was in and out of the restaurant in 4 minutes.

The service was excellent, particularly the young woman at the drive-thru who was incredibly kind and helpful. The chicken tenders were flavorful and crispy. However, the Cajun rice was unappetizing; it was very watery and the ground beef appeared to be undercooked, as it was pink. This made it inedible. Please ensure the Cajun rice is properly cooked and prepared in the future.

Mr. Keelan helped me out tremendously tonight. He went way out of his way to make sure that I got the blackened chicken tenders that I love to get here which he did not have to go to the extent to make that happen but he did and that shows a tremendous amount of customer service and character. I think he’s a great employee and his extra effort should be recognized by the manager and the owner.

Had ordered catered but when arrived they were slammed busy at lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes. They had all hands on deck but looks like short a cashier up front. Manager was triple duty everywhere. Finally when I got to the counter and advised him about cater order he had tha deer in the headlights look but when he verified the crew was already working on it. Maybe suggest you have a cater order pick up station separate from the counter orders? Food was great which is the main portion of the order. Just not sure I might do catering again

To add on to my earlier review, here’s my “sauced wings” they will always leave your sauce cups out so you have to go in after the drive thru, especially if you fit a certain demographic they don’t like. I’ve had to park and walk in three times in a row now to get blackened ranch I already paid for.

Go to other Popeyes , this one has a terrible service . A lot of people working but nobody as cashier . I had to wait 40 minutes for my food . The staff is not very friendly, they are very disorganized and the place is not very clean . The food is good with Popeyes quality

Popeyes is CHEATING their customers. Since when is this a large fry?? One large fry used to equal these 2 boxes put together. If you’re going to decrease the portion size, DECREASE THE PRICE. And the oil needs changing, the fries taste and smell like someone dropped a cigarette in the grease. Disgusting.
