I can’t even give them a proper review considering they were not open at 10. We were there 5 minutes after they should have been open and got no answer at the drive thru, plus I witnessed others try to enter the store and also use the drive thru but they received no service. Maybe consider changing your open time if your employees can’t open the store at the right time.

Waited a while through drive thru, no one took my order. Went in to order, waited 15 minutes to order 3 apple pies. They still did not take my order
I yelled and asked if they had at least 3 pies cooked, the lady looked up and said NO. So I left without anything. Their score on the wall is an 88. Would not recommend going here. There was only 2 employees there.

This chain is struggling and the food service shows. Chicken over cooked and portions are really small. The only thing you have going for you is a dedicated staff. One lady was running four different stations. Not very sanitary either. She was wearing a lot of the food on her clothes and then handling cash/credit cards.

Extremely long wait time to get the wrong sandwich.. when I got the right one finally it clearly wasn’t worth the 11 dollars it cost me. Not was it worth the nearly 30 minutes it took to get it. The girls working were extremely nice,and they are all that is saving this from being a one star review.

Made an order with the app, turns out the store was closed. Couldn’t cancel the order via the app because it said the store was working on my order and couldn’t be canceled. So I drove up to the window, the absolutely rude woman that answered said they were closed and the order is handled through a third party company and they couldn’t do anything about it.
The app won’t let me cancel it. The rudeness was completely unnecessary. Won’t ever come back here.
Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner. But after emailing the app system? Or whatever their third party company is that handles payments I received no response. My card was still charged for $38 something. I realize this isn’t the fault of the owner of the franchise but a pretty awful experience nonetheless. Being charged then told the place is closed when it’s actually not in their online system and ultimately unable to get a refund sucks.

I love Popeyes but I will never eat there anymore, the food sucks had no taste except for old oil taste, the Mac & cheese was good and the mashed potatoes were good but the chicken was terrible, don’t eat at the Gurley one, (gross waste of 45$)

I’ve always enjoyed stopping here on my way to Huntsville, but this particular day was disappointing. Seemed understaffed and oncoordinated. Food was fresh as it had to be cooked for my lunch partner. Lobby is freezing. Bathroom is always clean. As I said, usually a great experience, but everybody has an off day every now and then.

I had bones in my chicken sandwich. Legit. It was a chicken thigh on a bun with pickles and mayo. I was disgusted. I could have died. Glad it wasn’t my kid. New fear unlocked guys. Stopped by to get supper. Chicken was ok. Red Beans and rice weren’t even half of the cup they came in. Barely covered the bottom of the container.Rice wasn’t fully cooked either. I expected more with a price of $2.99 each. When ordering from here, I will always check my order before I leave.
