I ordered on dd so this is just about the food. The tacos & salsa didn’t have any real flavor. I also got the al pastor burrito and its super dry and the meat feels rubbery. Kind of like subway quality food. The lemonade was good. The rice wasn’t the best but it wasn’t bad. The good parts are that everything was bagged and sealed with care and the tortillas weren’t greasy. In total i paid $28.13 for 3 tacos rice and a good sized burrito that I won’t be eating.

I had a crispy tripa taco on flour tortilla homemade! This taco was sooo yummy I had to order a second one. Hot sauce was delicious. The service was amazing. Small but very cozy place with great music and tasty food.

We had a breakfast meeting here. The food was fine for a little Southside restaurant. Nothing fancy, just homely. The only complaint I had was I don’t like super greasy, thick bacon. I didn’t eat it but everything else was fine. I had a Huevo Ranchero plate.

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years. We saw a video on TikTok about their homemade tortillas, they are to die for. Always fresh and fluffy, that alone is enough to stop by and give it a try.
Just about the last place where you can eat for two under $25. Prices are real low for the amazing food you receive.

This restaurant has the best food in town. The ribs vegetables soup is super tasty. They make fresh corn, wheat,flour tortillas but!!! They are well made. Also their food prices $$$ are totally affordable. Recommend them.

Local spot not too far from the tracks. It was probably better back in the days, but as of 2023, it needs a little help. If you can’t get basic breakfast tacos right or even the table salsa that’s watered down… well… you won’t be a repeat stop for me. The staff was nice and fast, but good service and food are what make your customers return.

The food is mediocre. We had ranchero eggs with bacon, barbacoa taco, small menudo and a pastor taco. The ranchero sauce had no spice to it; mainly all tomato sauce and the bacon was burnt. The barbacoa taco was hearty but lacked taste. The menudo has a good spice but one needs to be careful because it had bones; never have I eaten menudo with bones!! The pastor taco was so dry.. extremely dry.. almost as if it was reheated and overheated!! I returned the taco and the waitress looked at it and then at me as if she was trying to infer that I ate too much to return. The taco was delivered with very little meat and I did eat one piece of meat to make my decision.
Now comes the kicker!! When it was time to pay, the waitress didn’t remove the pastor taco I returned and the menudo was $1 more than what was advertised on the menu. When I brought it to her attention, she removed the pastor taco but refused to adjust the menudo. She then pointed to the menu where it’s written in the smallest font “prices may change without notice!” The waitress stated that the owner adjusts the prices on the register and she (waitress) has no control to override it.
I then stated to the waitress that if that is the case, she as the waitress should make the customer aware of any price increases. Act, she responded that she can’t adjust the price.
I understand it’s only $1. BUT IT’S THE PRINCIPLE!! How deceitful not to mention this to customers so they can make changes if necessary!!
So future customers (NOT ME) be aware of this bad behavior and practice!!

FOOD: The breakfast food We got was Tortilla Soup, and it was amazing!!!! But when it came to the taco, the bacon and egg seemed and looked old. Eggs were a but hard already. Bacon was very little. The tortillas were cold as well.
SERVICE: It was ok. It could have been better service, we were there for 35 minutes and only once Asked us for refill on drinks. Not once of how was food, was everything ok.
ATMOSPHERE: Was a solid 4 stars, the decoration were nice and all pictures and culture vibe was Spot on. The atmosphere was my favorite part

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday around 11:30am and the place was half empty. Our waitress was very friendly. I ordered the Fideo Loco from their lunch specials and it was delicious!
Update: went back on a Monday and had their Texas Plate lunch special with wheat flour tortillas. Yum!
