I visited Popeyes on August 5, 2023. I walked inside the restaurant, hoping to dine in. The young lady told two customers and myself that it was drive-thru order only. When we drove around the parking lot, the drive- thru person was hanging out the window on her phone. I don’t know what happened to Popeyes in Northport, but since the pandemic, their customer service took a turn for the worse. It’s like the workers are mad at the customers for being customers.

If i could give this place a zero but instead i’ll give them a 1. As a college student i’m already tight on money, but when I do spend it I expect my food to be edible. I don’t expect much from popeyes but now I am quite upset with this establishment. I do not understand how a place could be so poorly run. My chicken was old and still had feathers on it, while 2 of my desserts contain cardboard or paper inside and on it. I expect much more and hopefully you may read this and do better for other customers.

Tasted the ghost pepper wings. They were delicious! Had a little kick, not too overwhelming. The Blackened Ranch is top tier. Service was pretty good, we had to wait a little bit, but I don’t mind waiting for good food. It was fresh out of the fryer.

Dining room was closed. Took 15 minutes to get food at drive thru because they were “changing the grease.” Food was hot and tasty but we elected to get non spicy so we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Staff were friendly though.

Never get what you ordered. I ordered a 6 piece wing and got a breast and a leg. Ordered a family meal and received NO chicken at all just a boc full of hard biscuits. After waiting in the parking lot for 25 mins. No number for corporate listed.

Came here because my grandson wanted their fries so bad. Nothing is ready. What’s the piin in opening at this time when nothing is ready? The manager seemed annoyed when i asked how long do i have to wait. We’re currently sitting in a parking spot and been here for about 6 minutes. Another car has been here longer. This has to be the worst Popeyes ever. Outside garbage is spilling over. Idk what they’re doing in there, but since the lobby has been closed since forever, at least change the outside garbage.. I’m about to get a refund and go to KFC.

I went to two different Popeyes the very first one i went to on MacFarlane Blvd. in Tuscaloosa i think we waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes so i decided to drive to a different location which was the one that is in Northport and waited in that drive-thru for almost about 10 or 15 minutes so i decide to go inside but they tell me they’re only taking drive-thru orders so i go back in the drive-thru and order my food get home only to find out my chicken was not fresh my wife said that the red beans and rice tasted old my mashed potatoes were cold so of course i drove back to the one in Northport and asked for my money back all that driving back and forth for nothing I was very upset and not pleased at all with Popeyes on that day

Bad choice and experience. Speaker out of order. Drove to window and had to wait a while to even be noticed. Wanted the newly advertised shrimp basket but they were out. Killing my craving for shrimp. Only chicken they offered was chicken breast. I waited so patiently for nothing. Went elsewhere.
