This Wednesday for wings and crawfish deal me and my coworker went, we felt comfortable and it was a great experience with good food.
Seasoning on crawfish was best I’ve had here, and the size was good for this time of year

DID MGMT actually read the review before responding?/! Why would I, or anyone, come back when the we gave them multiple chances, all visits were horrible experiences and friends say similar?/!
Each trip nearly the same. NO MORE! Server shows up 10 minutes. Disappears. No water. Nothing! Ask for help and water. Another server appears. Disappears. After another 5 we mention the issues and ask for help, water, get our order taken. Third server brings water. Says she’ll come back to get our order even though we tell her we have been waiting and are ready to order. Another 10+ minutes. Finally, order taken. Food comes poorly prepared and not exactly hot. As stated, all experiences have been similar. Wait. Wait. Slow service. Poor quality food. At least, they have lots of TVs.

After meeting spike I was totally impressed with the pub and staff.my burger and frys was on staff snd I love the games and sports on TVs all around the pub and patio.i can tell the regulars was having a good time by it being my 1st time thair. It’s plenty of parking and I will be making this my #1 go to spot from now on if anything changes I will update.. thanks SPIKE for the awesome experience sir☝️

This bar has gone downhill the past few years. I only came with my wife to see MJ and Taylor. These ladies were the best. Nowadays, Most of the night time bartenders are all coked out or too busy taking shots with patrons and regulars. I waited 30 minutes on a weekend night to be served, i only wanted some pool balls and a bucket of beer for wifey and I. I wouldn’t of bothered them again. I even offered to close the tab since they were too busy to bother with us. I didn’t wanna wait another 30 minutes to close out. My wife and I just wanted a short ladies night out together. Didn’t seem like us ladies were welcomed. That’s what the vibes are there with Chris. If you’re not a regular, good luck. Seems like they even treat their regulars like trash too! One girl was complaining to Chris that he over charged her. She seemed to be a regular, as they were hugging and talking most of the night. Are they not paying attention? Which seems to be a regular occurrence here with Chris. I never have had a good experience with him. He’s always rude, over charging and never trying to get to know the new people who come through. We’ve been a few times but won’t be going back at night due to his poor customer service. We LOVE Sandy during the day. She always takes great care of us and the crawfish is always amazing! You guys are killing it day time with service! Night time is just atrocious.

My wife and I came here recently. Chris made our experience awful. I don’t think we will be coming back. He was rude. Arrogant. Rushed our order. I wasn’t ready and he seemed to be irritated by that. I like to switch my drinks up since some nights i drink dark liquor straight or i want a henny sour or something dark n fruity. My wife ended up getting us a bucket of beer since Chris was so upset. We made it easy on him. We came to play pool. We waited 30 mins before even being talked to. Once talked to, Chris seemed like we were the problem for being there. Mind you it was only 11pm. We usually come here for crawfish season. We live closer to Pearland. I will never bring my family here for crawfish season again. We usually have 15+ people who join us, but we will have to host our crawfish get together someplace else. Most likely the pearland location, even tho we did come to love this location specifically for the crawfish. We’re not regulars enough…. And it seems like they even treat their regulars like us “nobodies” Sad. We met Jared once and he was so accommodating and even checked on us multiple times. You need more bartenders like that at night. I do love your day time bartender Sandy. She’s always so sweet and accommodating.

We waited almost 10 minutes to even be noticed.
We had chips and queso, queso was ok. A bit lumpy though like it wasn’t fresh. Had fried pickles, they were pretty good, truly hard to mess those up. We also had crawfish. They were small and semi soggy.
Unsure if they were supposed to come with garlic butter and dipping sauce on the side but one of our orders was missing both and then we were charged for them when we asked for them. How do you serve three individuals the same thing but not notice one is missing items. Guessing the garlic butter is extra. Seems odd. And we were not told upon ordering that garlic butter was not part of meal like most places. Even when we ordered we asked for extra garlic butter for one individual in our party and we were not even given that. Had to ask a second time (still were not told it costs extra). On his way back to our table with the high priced garlic butter we then noticed on one of our crawfish orders that was supposed to have two potatoes only had one, when we told the older waiter (had a slight limp) that we were missing a potato, instead of apologizing for messing up order he got mad at us and stated “you could have told me that when I was here the first time”.
I could not believe that was his response to us, the customer, WHEN THEY ARE WHO GOT IT WRONG INITIALLY.
It is a cute bar but after the service we got and the crawfish being not so great and charging for measly garlic butter we will probably most likely not return.

I come to Bogies regularly however the service has went down . Yesterday the bar was full because of crawfish and they were definitely under staff. You could not get timely service and when you did they were very unprofessional and frustrated. My suggestion would be to hire some people that truly don’t mine working in a customer service friendly environment. When I complained server said don’t complain to them do a review. I truly hope management can rectify because I truly enjoy coming here because it is close to home and the food is awesome. My focus would be to have additional servers doing peak times and get some competent and friendly bartenders that can greet people with a smile and not treat them like they are the problem coming to spend their hard earned money. Tips are warranted when service is consistent.

After waiting about 7-8 minutes, the waitress walks up and says “you want to order?” We didn’t have a menu or nothing and that’s how the rest of the visit went. Even the table next to us complained about how bad the service was or lack thereof.
Despite service, the food was delicious. The Bourdain balls were hot and served with fries. The crawfish was tasty, even though we didn’t get napkins or a scrap bucket for shells. The chicken nachos were so good, could have had a little more cheese but the guac was delicious. Please work on service. I’m willing to offer suggestions to help make your business more successful.
