I have ordered spicy chicken sandwich here & one of the sandwiches was raw . And the chicken patty was very undercooked its not white as it should once cooked i could also feel the rawness in the bite. Took picture in doordash and sent them too I don’t have one here to upload. Out of 2 one was cooked well but another didn’t. Popeyes was my fav all the time but this store naah not at all. Inspections should be done by corporate. Training & food safety protocols followed by employees should be examined.

Well, another Popeyes and unsatisfactory not getting any food here either. The only problem is is this is a travel center and they do things differently. They do not honor the same specials at the other stores do and right now they have a buy one get one at the other stores, but they were out of the wings so I came here. They also at this store. Do not sell the Cajun rice any longer as another something that I am wanting today now that I’ve been blocked at two stores now from getting my Cajun rice, the staff was excellent and apologized for there being a difference, but I’m gonna keep on going and head on down the road and see if I can’t find a Popeyes today that has what I want.

The cashier had a noticeably unwelcoming and unpleasant attitude, which stood out because the rest of the employees were very kind and professional. At the time, she was the only one present in the store. When I approached her to say “Good morning” and ask a question about a product I was interested in purchasing, immediately, before I said anything, she rudely, “gave me an very negative attitude”, right to my face. I was genuinely shocked—I simply shook my head and walked away. That kind of customer service is incredibly disappointing. I truly hope that individuals in such roles find positions that are a better fit for them.

With this location being inside TA travel center, as a driver i knew it 2ould generally more expensive than in a city somewhere…but these prices for their food is a complete rip off…for a chicken sandwich combo depending on what you get 16.99 to 18.99…you pay about 10 bucks elsewhere for this same combo. This place isn’t that great, its chain store chicken thats ripping drivers and other customers off alike..I won’t be eating here ever again.

There’s an employee there that’s in the wrong line of work. Shaquanna was on the ticket but not sure it was her, but she doesn’t need to be in a position that provides any type of service to customers. Seems she doesn’t know how to respectfully/clearly communicate/deal with customers or at least some customers. She was seriously messing up calling out names of a certain ethnicity and didn’t even call my name out, just bulged her eyes out at me for my order. I don’t know if she lacked intellect on how to pronounce very common names of Latino ethnicity or doing it out of ignorance.
I still left two stars for service because when I was trying to communicate with her, Ron stepped in and handled the situation and got me the napkins I needed.
Franchise owner at the Buttermilk Rd location, I highly recommend getting her some training or she’s going to upset more customers. Give credit to Ron for professionalism handling the customer’s needs.

6$box but no sign showing. Not on menu board. Nowhere inside store. NOWHERE (where it matters). Ordered same thing for more money with 1 less side. This place jacks up Popeyes prices $5 or more than other Popeyes. This ain’t Disneyland…just a run down truck stop.
There is no drive through. And thank God not because these staff couldn’t handle that. Making a basic order of two breasts, red beans and Mac and cheese is like an act of congress to get done. Manager is inept. Entire staff needs to be tossed and rebuilt from scratch.
Took over half an hour to get an order placed on the app.
