Ordered food and waited for it to come out. Saw what turned out to be the manager used his gloved hands to repeatedly touch his long “dreads” as he manipulated his head phones. No hair nets and few hats where in use. Gloves where uses but employees don’t seem to realize that they are in place to protect the food not their hands. Kitchen staff coughing with out masks. I asked for a refund as it was coming out and they complied quickly however seem to have no concept of their failure to maintain hygienic practices and made no false apologies.The manager seemed to think it was funny but was not rude.

Have gone here twice in the last month and was frustrated at not being able to use credit card, ate inside and venting was poor, very smoky also they tend to be stingy on condiments like onions, pickles, tomatos.
