Food was good and fresh, friendly service, however… where’s the shrimp??? I have ordered this combo probably 100 times at various locations across the country and always got atleast twice as much shrimp. When inquired about, was told that I only get 3 ozs, was told this is 3 ozs.

Having eaten at Popeye’s my whole life, my expectations are for very good chicken, and less than stellar service. With this location, you get the good chicken, but the service is far below my already low expectations. I don’t want to lump everyone in together. There are some employees who care and try to provide good service. On the other hand, when it is bad, it is really mind-numbingly bad. The latest example was being told that I couldn’t have mashed potatoes without the gravy, and that followed by an annoyed attitude. And the manager here is completely inept. Don’t even bother trying to get him to resolve an issue.

Manager Rodney said can’t put regular mayo on one side of the spicy sandwich like every other Popeyes does does between his store and new Orleans. Also said came sell a large lemonade?? Corporate was called and they said they will bring it to the attention of franchise partner because he is wrong,b that there is no company policy in place that says that about either problem I faced.

This place is horrid! It took forever to get our food. When we opened our bag of food tbere were roaches crawling around in it. One escaped and is now in my car. When I went back into the store for a refund it took almost 30 minutes. The shift leader had no clue how to refund money. I asked can you please just total it and return my money. She refused to give me a refund for the other person in my car and said she had to come back in herself. You would think if a customer finds four roaches in their bag of food, they would be a bit more accomodating. Now not only am I am hour behind on my travel time, I am still hungry. I also have to bomb my car when I get home. Thanks a lot Popeyes #neveragain #DO NOT EAT HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES.

I stopped going in here because of the rudeness for a very long time. From different employees. I’m glad I tried them again. Very friendly fast service my last visit. And food was excellent! New mac and cheese is Awesome! Definitely trying to beat Chickfila with the sandwiches and mac and cheese! Gonna have to give it to Popeyes!
