The food came out pretty fast and it was tasty.. I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with the Cajun Fries.. the employee that took my order seemed indifferent and unenthusiastic.. the inside tables seemed pretty clean but the floor wasn’t.. it needed sweeping and mopping as there was straw wrappers on it as well as a spilled drink with footprints across it which was very sticky.. which makes one question the cleanliness where they prepare the food.. they weren’t that busy when I first got there but a steady stream of customers began to come in..

This is Popeyes is exceptional. The staff has always been friendly. The food is always fresh. The store is clean. We go there regularly. I recommend you go on Popeyes website and they have some pretty good deals, with prices on the rise everywhere these coupons help.

Stopped by this location on 4/19/23 to grab lunch and walked in to see an older man with a cane berating the young man working the counter. Wish I would’ve gotten his name to give him some props but he handled the rude customer very professionally even after the guy left and came back in 2 different times to complain about the price, the fries, and that he didn’t have a receipt in his bag. Really impressed by the worker’s patience and professionalism.

When we arrived around 6pm, we were told they were out of sandwiches for the rest of the day….at dinner time on a Friday. The tenders were good though. The two ladies working the front acted like we were bothering them by ordering food. The toilet in the men’s bathroom didn’t flush.

The food is great when they have what you want. But most of the time they are alway running out of something! You want a chicken sandwich, sorry we are out of chicken or we out of buns. Don’t go there wanting to get anything the are advertising on TV because they won’t have it! Or they will have it advertised on the windows and or the order board and be told that went off sale last week, we just haven’t taken it down.

Ordered online and when I got there they made me wait 10 minutes before acknowledging me wile they chit chatted with other customers! Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any shrimp or chicken nuggets and fries weren’t ready so they couldn’t make my order! I asked for a refund and they said we’d have to do it online. When I asked for assistance with getting a refund they told me they didn’t know anything about the online ordering! I then asked for a manager a d was told they didn’t have one! How does a restaurant known for chicken and shrimp not have it? I really think they were being lazy and just didn’t want to make it! Needless to say I will NOT be back!

No food available at 3pm? We were there right around 3pm, the line was long. After 20 mins, we reach the counter then get the word from a cashier that the sceen is full, we can’t take more orders. She said there is no food left, the wait could be 30 minutes or more. 4 members working front counter but only 2 in the back. It should be another way around. I look at the food baskets, there are not even 1 piece of Chicken left. Management team need to improve the process.
