This was a very typical experience for fast food. The food was okay and the price was reasonable. The service was fine. Nothing great but not bad. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were nice as well. This is a good location for Popeyes so if you’re looking for fast food I would recommend it.

My family and I stopped in here for lunch today. They were out of several things ( coleslaw, large cups, and ketchup to name a few). The food arrived fairly quickly, but they left out the sauces we requested and the silverware. I had to wait for at least five minutes if not longer at the front register to get the sauces. The food was nice and fresh! Several tables on the inside needed to be cleaned and wiped down. Improvements need to be made for a better experience at this location.

This place needs to close down already. Probably the worst customer experience I’ve had in a while. Missing items, had time to pray god to end my suffering in the drive thru. The food was amazing as usual but you know by the end of an experience I wanted them to pay me. God bless the people who work here because just go on there app and order something you can tell this company don’t give an eff about anything other than a dollar sign. Let me order all this food even though they were out of half of it. Popeyes corporate probably sit around all day with a thumb up their behind thinking about more ways to rip people off.

This place is frustrating to say the least, everytime I have showed up recently they are out of something. Had missing items and wait times are long. I can understand if it’s one time but it’s been about 2 – 3 times now. The food itself was good and no complaints there.

Unacceptably horrible. I attempted to eat one piece and almost broke a tooth. It wasn’t even warm, I think they gave me a box that had been on the counter since last week. 0 out of 10. They hand picked all the worst pieces and threw them into one box. Literally couldn’t eat it, and I’ll eat anything. Physically couldn’t bite it.

So my husband and I pulled up to the window and 3 middle aged women were rude. One of them was a manager because she was holding a clip board of papers. They ignored us for 4 minutes while they stood in a huddle talking. Mind you we were starring at them the whole time, while they acknowledge us. Finally one lady of the ladies came to the window and said “sorry I thought you already paid.” The guy working on the food was doing great and was really nice to us when he handed us the food. After that he turned away to go back to the kitchen she snarked at him and said “fix your attitude.” It’s crazy to see lazy people put down a hard working guy. The food is great but fix your management.

My family and I were just inside this location and we ordered two Shrimp Tackle Boxes. Upon looking at the receipt it said two $5 boxes and we were confused so we asked.. no real answer was given. My mom waited for about 15 minutes only for the guy to turn around and try to give us the wrong food (chicken strips is not in any way related to shrimp ) and my mom proceeded to wait another 30 before she got a manager who had gone into the gas station to get coffee and when she came over SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO RING UP A REFUND!!! Finally we got our money back and not only that but the men inside were getting their money back too because they got raw chicken. The manager gets an attitude with them as well and I promise PROMISE I will never be back and it’s no wonder why people don’t go to this place. Terrible.
