DO NOT COME HERE! I went to Popeyes on Thursday night 9/25 and had a HORRIBLE experience. First of all, I placed my order at 7:22pm and did not receive my order until 8:45pm. First they said that they had already prepared my order, then they said that my ticket got lost and when I spoke to the manager she said that they were too busy preparing a catering order. When I received my order I was missing half of it, I was missing the biscuits and my sides. I didn’t realize that I didn’t have my sides until I was half way home. When I went back I asked for a refund because of the terrible experience and the manager Shonda refused to give me a refund. I spent about $50 on my order and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get terrible quality food and service. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting for hours and it was very greasy, we couldn’t even eat it. I would love for someone to reach back out to me for some sort of compensation because this was unacceptable.

This is close to the worst fast food experience we’ve ever had. We sat at the drive thru menu waiting for someone to ask us what we wanted to order, nobody ever came. My wife goes in to order for the family and lets them know that nobody ever spoke over their microphone. Employee replied that the sensor was broken. Wife says that they should put up a sign so people know. Employee says they will get fired if they do that.

Got our order after a 15 minute wait. Comes to the car and we were missing several items. The ice machine wasn’t working. The lemonade machine wasn’t working.

We get home and the food is cold. The kids applesauce pouches were frozen and as hard as a rock. The juice boxes were also missed. My pickle glaze sandwich was an absolute joke. And it appears that you only get half of what you pay for with their Mac and cheese. Pictures attached. Spend your money somewhere else.

Four of us arrived at a new location along Highway 64 in Bradenton, Fl. We ordered and then waited almost a half hour to receive our food. By the time it was ready for us, there were more 20 other people waiting to be served. The restaurant staff totalled two people — a couple of women who were in no rush to deal with the backlog. They moved so, so slowly! The chicken was good. But everything was cold. We’ll never go back.

I haven’t been to Popeyes in years but they have this new special the Fav $5, I went to the drive-thru today @3pm to my surprise the lady said that I had to get off and place my order inside because she was the only one working that day. No bueno, 1 overwhelmed employee working and doing everything. Popeyes do better.

The soda tastes like cardboard. We ordered extra biscuits and didn’t get them. Barely any gravy on the potatoes. No butter or anything for the biscuits we did get. The only reason it’s a 2 star rating is because the chicken was good. The employees need to try harder in my opinion.

1 STAR — Absolutely Horrible Operation (Refund Refused)

This location is horribly operated from top to bottom.

The wait times are completely ridiculous. Cars sit in the drive-thru endlessly while nothing moves, despite multiple employees working and food already prepared. There is no urgency, no organization, and no communication whatsoever.

The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Staff show zero concern for customers’ time, and when service clearly fails, they do nothing to correct it. To make matters worse, after waiting long enough to give up, I went inside to request a refund and was flat-out refused.

That alone tells you everything about how this place is managed.

This isn’t a one-off experience either — just look at the numerous one-star reviews describing the same issues: terrible waits, awful service, and complete management failure. Words honestly don’t describe how pathetic the management is at this location.

If you value your time or money, do not waste either here.

This place has awesome food. But the service is the worst I have ever seen. Every time I go there I end up regretting it. THEY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT EVER. They mess up my order every time like they’re trying to do it on purpose. Like today, I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with fries, with two large mashed potatoes, a large macaroni and cheese and a chicken sandwich with no pickles. Guess what I got. I got two small mashed potatoes, no chicken sandwich, a large macaroni and cheese and no sauce. No, nothing with my chicken fingures. Then the lines so long I couldn’t even go back to get my sandwich. Worst service I’ve ever seen. It’s just ridiculous. This place needs a freaking manager and employees who knows what the hell they’re doing. And don’t get me even started about the how long you have to wait there. I won’t even go there if they have one car in line. This will be my last time going there. Go to KFC!

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru. When I received my order , I proceeded to check my order to verify that it was correct. Employee blurted out I couldn’t check my bag at the window and I had to move out of drive thru window. Then shouted again I don’t care what you are doing move out of my window you’re holding up the time clock now! After patiently waiting for my order and then being treated like this , I don’t want to come back to this restaurant and honestly should have asked for a refund. Customer service is awful!!! Food was substandard. and under cooked rice.

Placed my tender meal order thru the drive thru at 7:20 here it is 743 and they had me park in the parking lot they weren’t letting no one wait at the drive thru window. Mind you there they weren’t even that busy, I shouldn’t have needed to wait that long. This is not the first time last time they told me it was a 20 minute wait for a chicken sandwich, do we left. But after today I will not be returning to Popeyes I didn’t rate the food as it was for my son. And atmosphere is because I had too much too park in a dark parking lot
