So obviously Popeyes is a chain and as far as consistency with other restaurants I’ve had it’s the same and the food quality itself waz fine.
I ordered through the app, which allows you to customize things, such as the five piece meal, and select the pieces of chicken you want.
So I made my order. It was the end of the night and I guess they didn’t have any more shrimp which is fine but it would be nice if they had told me that when I picked it up at the drive-thru. It would have been best if they had called me after receiving the order to let me know some of the items weren’t going to be availabl. But Instead they just hand wrote on my receipt sorry no shrimp and handed me my order like nothing was wrong.
It was the end of the night and I understand sometimes places run out of things. But at the very least they could have gotten my sides correct. I was supposed to get two red beans and rice so my fiance and I could each have our own and they neglected to put that in. I ordered three legs and two thighs and they gave me all thighs.
Again it’s really about the communication for me and most places in the area are VERY good about this so it was just really disappointing to get home after a long day at work and see all these issues with my order.
Now I will say that through the app they have an AI assistant and it made it very easy to get a refund on all of the things that were wrong.

Horrible customer service from going back and forth about the price on the menu. An employee came outside to verify that the displayed price and register were different. Driving to the window and the employees are going back and forth about how to ring the sale then being asked to drive back around while they call someone to assist. Once that was completed, I was parked along with 3 or 4 other vehicles

Ordered a large catering order and I messed it up. The managers here helped me make it right and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs for the order. Absolutely amazing customer service. I have 15 happy and full truck drivers today, thanks to this exact establishment. Much appreciation to all of the Popeyes employees involved in today’s order!

This was the strangest location I have been to. No one was allowed into the lobby, it was very early around 7pm. The drive thru lane was very long and then when we we reached the window, we were told that it was for online order pick up only. When we finally received order, food was stale and cold. I believe this is a management problem not really the employees, they seemed to be doing their best.

Haven’t been here in over 4 months because of service and food but what ever they did it was perfect. I was greeted with friendliness from cashier who also put food together and food was fresh even 10 minutes away was still hot. The Biscuits which always have been like hockey pucks were hot buttery and delicious. The chicken was actually spicy a first for this Popeye’s and hot and fresh. Today it made you want to sing Love That Chicken From POPEYE”S

We ordered two orders online and when we got there the manager told them to start putting the order together. 30 minutes later they were going to give my order to somebody else who just drove up.
We had to argue with the manager to get our order. Instead of checking the order numbers they were busy calling out the names. VERY DISORGANIZED!

Pulled thru drive thru. Ordered tackle boxes told us they were out. Got tenders said they have no sauce. Had us pull up and wait at drive thru @10:30 pm no one was in line. Building windows were so dirty you couldn’t see inside from smears.

How do I start got off work on Tuesday tired with 60 dollar on my account .order 32.dollars worth of food for me and my 3 kids on line sat in the parking lot the web page says they are preparing my order .10 minutes go by I decided to go in doors were closed only drive thru,so I go get in line after 20 minutes a lady comes out and tell everyone that the system is down I told her my order was on line she quickly say go canceled you order on the page and claim ur money the page is a headaches everything is type and I explain they said they will be working on my claim 4 days go by no money and I went in the support page to see my status of the claim it was solved how by taking my money this is sad just please be careful when ordering on line they are awful on returning the money back

Very disappointing experience. The kiosk to order were not working properly. We were given one price on the kiosk then on check out it was trying to charge a different cost. The staff was very nice and were working extremely hard. The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgusting. It appeared to be more like a cheese soup than Mac and cheese. The kids used it as a dip instead of eating it regular.
