Customer service is not acceptable. There young lady’s name who was taking my order through the drive through (yaz) was very aggressive and had the worse attitude I have experienced here. Not only waiting forever for the food but now having to deal with this coming through to get some food. I’m am so baffled with disappointment. Totally unacceptable and disappointed. The manager did come outside and handed me my food. The soda machine was down so he offered a lemonade and even a pie. I let him know how his employee was handling customers coming through the drive through. He promised he would handle it . I do come atlease 1x a week. I also ordered large and got small

first off didn’t even get my entire order was missing the side and sauces (typical) so i used my own sauce, then 3 of the 5 tenders were RAW. I understand it being busy but at the same time that shouldn’t affect the quality of the food. This is an extreme health hazard cause i almost bit into this without even inspecting it even tho I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO INSPECT MY FOOD and it literally looks like it touched the grease for maybe 2 mins. I really doubt this store is following food safety procedures given that i work at a place that deals with chicken and wings ALL the time and we have to temp chicken before just sending it out, especially if you are cooking in big batches. And to top it all off the bottom of my biscuit was MOLDY. I spammed this locations phone number over and over again for 20 mins and not a single person picked up. I’d like to see this store pass a health inspection. i got this order delivered so i wasn’t able to see how busy it was or how clean it looked but this was the first time ordering at this location and definitely will be the last.

This is a great place for fast food fried chicken. My favorite time to go is at the beginning of lunch time. Usually between 11:30 to 11:45. The sides are good and I liked the biscuits. The staff are friendly and polite. The Chicken Sandwich is still amazing! Its always hot, fresh and perfectly crispy.

Stopped in around 730ish today and it was a delightful visit. The woman up front was so incredible nice. Food was hot n fresh and it’s nice to see people having fun n laughing with one another. Will definitely be my new location!

I enjoy popeyes chicken very much. The five pieces for $9 is a good deal. The chicken was hot and tasteful. Popeyes is notorious for slow service. Luckily they were not busy and received the food promptly. Popeyes is not a great atmosphere to eat in so get it to go. Plenty of parking is available. Drive thru also exists at this location.

They are definitely doing something right! Popeyes always has excellent chicken, but this store out did them all. It was probably the best Popeyes we’ve had. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cooking area and cooks were remarkably clean and well organized. It was a showcase restaurant!

What a great experience today! I ordered online very easy love the Popeyes app!! Free chicken sandwich with a 10.00 purchase!! I got the 6.00 big box the chicken was cooked fresh so delicious my only complaint was the size of the leg and thigh!! Can’t control that it’s the way it comes I should have ordered breasts!! All my sides were fresh and hot Mac and cheese was extra cheesy, mashed potatoes were on point, and the Red beans and rice balanced out my meal!! The sandwich was delicious extra pickles as ordered!! Thank you staff for proving that not all fast food joints are all the same! I could feel the LOVE in the air today!! Not your typical Popeyes í almost felt I was at CHICK-FIL A no swearing Yes ma’am not your typical Popeyes!! I will 100000% make this my restaurant of choice in the Tampa Bay Area!!! LOVE ME SOME POPEYES!!!

The food here is good, but I want to say 80% of the time, orders are filled wrong (not the right amount of tenders, no tender in a kid’s meal, omission of a side or sauce) and I feel they are slower than I would think for fast food. But when they get it right, the food is RIGHT! And even if they leave some items out, the chicken is always fresh and crispy and we have had them give us too many tenders on a few occasions, so it balances out. We still eat there. The employees are also usually nice as well.
