Their idiotic the people that work there and they don’t care, first and last time i will go to this place again. They put whatever they wanted in my order. And don’t respond with you apologizing about my experience, what you need to do is rehire and train them better because looking at the reviews, you guys not doing a great job.

The staff was really nice but they were out of a lot of things. No soda ,coleslaw , macaroni and cheese,they even ran out of fries while I was there. Luckily I was able to get my blackened chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. They did not have macaroni and cheese but they did have good red beans. The wait was long so the lady gave me extra chicken and biscuits so it worked well. The food was hot and fresh.

We left without ordering. Service was very slow. 4-5 staff but no one taking orders at the counter. Lots of ready chicken in sight and getting cold. Floors were littered with garbage. Staff was arguing with each other. Very disappointed and will never go back to this location.

I waited 30-45 mins for my pickup order and there was only a few people in the lobby with small orders. The drive thru had 2 cards and they were sitting at the speaker for over 5mins so I thought pickup would have been faster since there was not a lot of people but they were just slow and the app never told me the food was ready it only said soon it would be ready when in fact it was already done.

I asked for “drums” and the manager cedric said “no” I asked why and I was told because he said so. I said I would wait. He said “no, I’m not doing it”. So confused I pulled over, then went to ask for a refund from the app order and they gave them to me….. claiming on the app is different than requesting thru the drive thru.

There is a Spanish lady that works to drive through that is so rude. Also, the young lady that I’m not sure if her pronoun is she or he is rude. Took my order made me park and wait over 30 minutes all while giving everyone behind me their order. Prior to this visit I constantly wait about 3-5 minutes just to place order and than another 5 minutes just to get order at window. This is the slowest drive through ever and the food is not always fresh they are just unorganized. Employees just walking around or outside instead of working. Never going back. I rather drive out my way to a different location. Beware and stay away. Horrible service.

I have live in Tampa for over 20yrs. I have never gotten such great service like I did today. From front staff Kassandra adkins.Her communication was top tier regardless of the wait in the back. I listened while she upsold to customers (which I have been in the service industry myself so I know how that goes). She was very calm and professional. Her positive attitude help keep me occupied. I don’t think I have ever had an experience like that from a Popeyes employee all these years.Keep her she is a respectful, sweet human being. We need more people like her.

I don’t ever write reviews but I have to say that my visit today there definitely merits one. The employee Cassandra Ackers was Exceptional. I wasn’t having a great day and she went above and beyond good customer service . And she even credited her boss for her training. I hope that my review reaches someone in leadership so that she can be properly acknowledged for her work. At the end of the day fast food and customer service is not an easy job and she took care of me with such kindness. She really is proof that there is still Good out there. In this time of so much hate and so many things happening in this world , it is uplifting to see people that actually care . My visit today was simply to get food for my family and I’m so happy that I decided to walk in . I hope that whoever reads this can be reminded that Random acts of kindness can truly turn someone’s life around. Cassandra Ackers is absolutely exceptional and that store is lucky to have her . I will specifically go to that store for now one because of the excellent experience I had.

NO urgency whatsoever. If you want to wait 30 minutes for your food go here. Five people standing in the dining room. No one greeted. And the employee cares more about changing the staples in the stapler. Crazy.
