If 0 stars were an option, I would choose that. With a lobby full of customers the staff got into an argument. The cashier only rang up part of my order. People leaning all over the counters. Food was cold. We planned on eating there but didn’t it was just down right horrible atmosphere.

The customer service at this location needs work. I paid for the 12pc ghost pepper wing meal. I was given 6 wings and French fries instead of mashed potatoes. Polite customer service is hit and miss. I’ll go to the Clewiston location from now on.

Stopped here so my wife could get something to eat during our trip from Miami back to Kissimmee. She said they where so polite and respectful. She ordered a frozen strawberry drink with her meal but it spilled in the car….and guess what? They gave her another one free of charge. Thank you to all the workers that night I appreciate you.

I love that chicken from Popeyes but sometimes the service can leave a bad taste in your mouth. I was recently in the drive through at my local Popeyes and I was told to pull up (not uncommon for the area) and that my food will be out shortly. Almost 8 minutes later my food comes I check the bag and I asked the woman who was their that I didn’t get any dipping sauce she turned around with the wrong attitude and said she was working drive through and if I wanted them I would need to come inside.
