I used Uber Eats and my order was missing a lot of items and had one item I didn’t order. My fries were missing, so was my biscuit and Hot Ones sauce. In place was chili with beans, which doesn’t make up for the order that I wanted.

I’ve had issues with this Popeyes before but I was in the area and the chicken is always great. But the service is another story. I asked if I can get my drink with no ice. I was told that wasn’t an option? Is this policy? I’ve never heard of something of any fast food place where I can’t get a drink with no ice. So fine, I also ordered chicken strips. I get to the cashier and they told me if I would park to wait for the strips. I must have been waiting at least 15 minutes and I see employees outside taking a break or whatever. So I politely ask 1 one them if they can check on my order. So she goes in and has someone bring out a bag with my food in it. But no apology sorry just nothing. Was actually the second time this has happened at this Popeyes where they make you wait and they forget or totally ignore you have an order waiting. It’s a shame it will probably end of closing because the people working there either don’t care or don’t know how to dont know how to do their job. Sad!

This place has gone down tremendously in the past 2 months. Since they have hired new people ,I used to love going to this Popeyes. But today is my last day supporting them ,they really need to screen who they are hiring. They have nasty attitudes for no reason I had to sit and wait over 30 minutes for my food. And even then they had it wrong then when you tell them they messed up your order they beat you mad about your money.They didnt give me everything I paid for ,then when I asked for a refund the employee told me. I couldn’t get a refund because it timed out ,how is that my fault?You totally messed up my order had me leave the drive through to park.And had me waiting over 30 minutes ,they are lazy and just getting free money .Because they are definitely not working, my thing is if you don’t want to deal with the customer’s,why get a job dealing with customer service?That makes zero sense NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE .Forced them to apply to that job not only that it’s a total safety hazard.A lawsuit waiting to happen the store will be full of people and they will start mopping while your there.I was there last week also,and had a horrible experience. I literally had to hold on to the silver bar to get my food and keep from falling down. They dont care because they know it’s hard for customer’s to reach Popeyes corporate office.They dont even wear their name tags so if you have a complaint. You cant even let the manager know the employee name.SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY and go somewhere else .They are very unprofessional and you will have to wait over 30 minutes for a simple chicken box.

Today, I placed a drive through pickup order on the app and arrived on time. My order was acknowledged and I waited at the window before being sent to wait in a parking spot as the order wasn’t ready. After 20 minutes without an update I went inside to see how much longer it would be. There was no other customers and lots of food so I’m not sure what was causing the delay. After 40 minutes I got my order and it was wrong – plain tenders instead of spicy but at this point I refuse to wait any longer. Also, the manager came out to scream at the only employee for not taking a break on time. I would not return to this Popeyes.

Dorothy was the one that took my order and prepared my meal which was 3 pieces of spicy and mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious chicken with fantastic service. Thank you to popeyes for hiring people who clearly demonstrate a level of professionalism most of us hope to achieve.

Went here in the evening to grab dinner for my family, paid almost $35 and was completely disappointed . We received our order and the fries was cold, stale and tasted awful. They remade the fries and we were on our way home. When we got home we found our 8 piece was only a 7 piece and looked like it had been sitting for hours.. Our mild chicken was actually spicy! This is offically% the worst Popeyes experience ever!!!! Below are picks of how our chicken looked smdh.

EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGER NEEDS TO GET DRUG TESTED I came different days and got served by different employees but same problem with forgetting to put items in bag that I payed for. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They stole my money and wouldn’t refund me after they didn’t fulfill my order that I completed through the app. I spent $40 on mobile order. I arrived at the restaurant, walked in and informed them I had an online order. They gave me 2 drinks and told me they couldn’t fulfill my order because they were closing soon. I had ordered it well before they closed and arrived before they closed. I asked how to get my money back and the two girls in the restaurant ignored me and stated that I couldn’t be talking to them because they were talking to each other. I left and tried to get a refund on the app and was unable. I called the 800 number and they asked me to enter my phone number and no one called me back. They emailed me thru the support and offered me a $20 gift card. That didn’t even cover the cost of my order that I didn’t receive. This is unbelievable. I will never spend another $1 at Popeyes.
