The ladies behind the counter need to adjust their attitude. Rude as can be to everyone that was there for the whole hour we spent in the store. Online orders and drive thru was first priority. It was mandatory to order from the kiosk station and when order was completed was told they didn’t have or was out of product. Then with the option to get a gallon of unsweet ice tea was told they didn’t do that. The unsweetened tea was brewed once a day and had to last them all day. I definitely won’t be going back to this location ever again. Then waited on food for over 25 minutes. Totally unacceptable

This used to be one of my favorite locations. Certainly has gone down hill. From reading the reviews, I am certain I encountered the same person everyone has mentioned. A mistake was made on my order and went to get it corrected and apparently, I was the problem. No apologies, no customer service. That added to how terrible the chicken was. Dried up and clearly had been sitting in the window for God knows how long. They would rather serve old chicken to customers than throw it away. I thought about asking for new chicken but I did not want to deal with this lady. Just left knowing I won’t be returning. Just going to just drive a little further to Buds where you always get hot and fresh food and better customer service. Also, please do something to fix that huge pothole by drive thru that almost damaged my rim. If I have a flat in the morning, I remember where it happened. Anyways, appetite totally ruined. Ended up finding something else for dinner.

This location is outright disgusting, the food is cold and they have rude workers. Customer service is terrible. Don’t order from this location unless you want your order to be cold and poorly cooked. The cashier is rude too. The manager doesn’t care and is straight up disrespectful. Avoid this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. Ew.

Last night I stopped by this Popeyes location on my way home. I didn’t order a drink with my food, but I asked for a clear plastic cup to get water. The young lady at checkout said there were no more water cups, so I asked for a regular cup. She said the charge would be $2.69, which is the price of a drink. No, I was not willing to pay $2.69 for an empty cup. I literally live down the street from this Popeyes, and I’m there at least twice a month. Here’s my question: Is making $2.69 worth losing a loyal customer? This is just poor customer service.

The manager or whoever the Lady was had to be the manager cause she was talking loud. She was being very belligerent, acting very ignorant towards customers she needs to be removed immediately she is bringing down the image of the Popeyes quickly. Worst location, service is terrible. I rather starve than go to this location. Lady was so rude @ the drive thru. I stopped by to place an order through the drive thru & it was pouring rain. Waited for 10mins for someone to come on the intercom only to be told 1 moment. 10 mins later I drive around to the window to try to place an order & the lady just open the window to tell me with the ugliest attitude “you gotta go back around” no hello, no questions just “you need to go back around”. They chicken good Bt not that good to be talking to people any kind of way & expect me to spend my hard earned money here. I rather travel to a farther location than ever come here. 1st & last time here.

Absolutely the worse service and staff ever. Girl behind the counter and in this photo looked dead at me standing and needing service went to her cellphone instead of helping me as a customer. Totally being ignored will definitely make it so I never return again. I wonder why this restaurant has the poor ratings it has. I bet she looked at her phone for at least 10 to 15 minutes I was in there. Whatever happened to no cellphones at work? PATHETIC SERVICE

I still found myself ordering my food at the counter and remarkably, things are still no better today than they were over a year ago. I stood at the front counter with 4 others waiting to place our orders and again, they were on their stupid cellphones instead of taking customers orders. Upper management doesn’t seem to care about these issues because not a damn thing has changed here. So they will never get my business. I got so angered that I simply walked out.

This location has went down tremendously. The service is bad. The food is always cold. The biscuits are always hard now it wasn’t like this a year or two ago. I’ve been eating this Popeyes for the longest. I live up the street, I don’t know who’s running this place but it’s lacking leadership. The food is not good at all. I waste 9 bucks and my lunch sucks.

I gave one star cause I have to (no option for zero stars) do not go to this location. Manager and counter employee rude and ignore customers that are ordering inside. Long wait drive thru line with only one car ahead of you. They get the order wrong and they give you wrong items. When you go inside to correct it they say you did not say that, yes i did well i did not charge for you it. Ok but I want it. Horrible.
