I don’t eat fried chicken often, so it was surprising to suddenly want it, and from Popeye’s, of all places. The restaurant was quiet with a few people inside waiting to receive their order. I had a coupon for a $5.99 meal that included a 2pc mild chicken, a regular side, and a biscuit; which was packaged and handed to me very quickly. Here are my thoughts on the food:
* The mashed potatoes and gravy was really good. The creamy potatoes were topped with a flavorful gravy that had a slight spicy kick.
* The 2pc was requested to be drumsticks, which were tender on the inside with a crispy coating.
* The soft biscuit was okay, but it was dry; however, dipping it in the mashed potato gravy greatly improved its texture.
Overall, the casual meal was quite enjoyable. While eating fried chicken will not be a frequent indulgence, there are a few items on the menu that have persuaded me to make an occasional visit.

This popeyes has the nicest staff I’ve ever met!
There was an issue with the EZCater order I placed where it didnt show the sides I ordered. The manager told me instantly and took care of me. I live in west palm beach and I go to popeyes there and dont get the same friendly treatment that I did today.

Good crew but the the general manager was absolutely unbearable, made it a hassle to use a code she prepared the food like a amateur box not even closed no condiments knowing it’s the driest biscuit in fast food history. Amazing absolutely amazing normally this store gets one star worse than one star tonight service I give you 100 stars I pray that this is something new and that it will be like this all the time I will pray the two gentlemen and the young lady at the counter thank you thank you thank you.

Horrible horrible horrible! There used to be another manager here last year that made sure the line moved and the food was good. The GM as I was told is here now and the service is horrible and I’ve waited over 20 minutes a few times in the drive thru for a simple meal. What’s going on with this place. I used to love to come here on my breaks.

Ordered inside at the counter, wasn’t busy inside, but the girl at the cashier looks like she was very busy. I don’t know doing what but.. I ordered one fish sandwich and one classic chicken sandwich no pickles very reasonably priced and it was very good. I like the packaging keeps it nice and warm.

My meal was fantastic. The only thing that could have made it any better was if the chicken tenders were a little bit more crispy, and if Popeye’s in general had butter for the biscuits. I got the garlic parmesan wings and the flavor was really great. The size of the wings was acceptable. The kid at the register must have been in training because his personality was flat and he was a little uneducated on the products. But the manager was doing a good job keeping an eye on him. The TRUFF sauce is out of this world, I LOVE IT! I look forward to coming back until I Try all the flavors of the new Wings. And they have that soda machine with like a 100 different choices so that’s definitely cool. I’m adding to this Review a year later because I just tried the Louisiana Garlic bone-in wings and they were FANTASTIC! Nice and spicy, good flavor. This time I remembered to bring butter from home for the biscuit. I got the meal free because I had so many points. Don’t forget to use the app to get discounts & earn free stuff. For my drink I tried Fruit Punch FANTA for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised it was very good. Today the service and food was 100%
