My chicken wasnt fully cooked. I live near Hollywood I had to turn all the way around there’s no way that this was ok. & to add this is the second time I almost didn’t get a receipt WHY DID I HAVE TO ASK FOR ONE.

Wrong order. Then when I called to address, the manager had the nerve to tell me I was doing “All that yelling” when that was not the case..maybe I should’ve yelled my simple order since it was completely wrong. She did offer to correct the order but I was already home and as you can imagine turned off by that point given her choice of words/ attitude, and also by the smell inside the establishment, judging by the other reviews this apparently is a frequent issue at this location so i’ll just cut my losses here. Do better Popeyes.

Normally, I don’t review a fast food chain. But if something like mac & cheese is going to be $.50 or a dollar extra You better put more than whatever I just got very unacceptable. Also, I never had any issue at other locations with biscuits. Seeing how badly burnt this one is is honestly insulting. They would put that in my bag instead of the trashcan. Do Better ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ I know it’s late at night But come on now. Should be a shame, not just a mac & cheese, but a burnt biscuit are you kidding me?

Ordered a few things for my boyfriend and me. There was no fish sandwich available… and the 1/4-lb popcorn shrimp basket I ordered didn’t even cover the bottom of the box. Pulled out my handy scale and realized it was about 1/8-lb. I won’t be back to this location unless management would like to reconcile this…

Its almost like playing Russian Roulette. Sometimes the food and service is good and other times, you may have to go inside from the drive thru to get your order correct. I know its stressful to serve food continuously for hrs but, I kinda think when you fill out the application for employment you understand the situation… Ijs

You one could here my order in the drive thur. Finally got order complete after going back and forth several times. And got home with my food and got the smallest piece of tenders with a half full of red beans and rice. Chicken was so dry almost like jerky.

This has to be the worst Popeyes in the country. Rude girls in drive through, throwing attitude. 3 times in a row our mobile pickup order was wrong. Last night after already experiencing 2 previous mistakes, I asked the girl at the window to please verify the order is correct as the last 2 times we were missing items. She gave me an annoyed look, then said bluntly, “it matches the receipt”. We got home and again we were missing 4 pieces of chicken and ranch sauce. This location needs a new manager to come in and eliminate these rude and useless employees which should never be in hospitality.

Popeyes Chicken is a favorite spot to hit every once in a while. Personally, I’d take it over KFC. Last visit, though, service was okay, which is to be expected. Asked for an apple pie that never made it into the bag, and then the cashier ignored us as we sat there waiting for him to come back so we could get it. However, you’re not coming here for top notch customer service. You’re coming to Popeyes for their incredible chicken. There aren’t any locations close to me, so I have to drive twenty minutes in any direction to find one. The chicken sandwich is solid here. Super crispy and pretty easy to eat. No part of it was too hard or too chewy. The fries remind me of Checkers fries, which are among my absolute favorites. Meal wise, it was worth it. Mediocre customer service aside, I’d still go back.
