Service sucks big time. Staff is so incompetent and clueless. The system is so broken. You order at the kiosk and stand there 2nd in line and wait for 15mins before anyone turns around to to speak to you. At the same time there is a homeless guy asking for food. And yes it looks like this person always do this because they call him by name as they give him a bag of food while I’m standing 20mins now waiting to pay. Never walk in drive thru is faster and cleaner. Do better Popeyes.

The whole atmosphere was nice. And the food was fresh and hot! The guys in the back cooking need some recognition as well for putting out hot fresh food!!! Thank you Popeyes!!!

The place is always a mess. Always a mess on the floor, in the lobby and especially behind the counter. Stopped eating here for that reason. I do Doordash & Uber Eats for a little extra cash, I HATE coming too this place. Food is ALWAYS late. Like 20 to 30 min late. Which in turn affects me because im on a timer and if im late I get penalized. You walk in and if you get acknowledged within 15min you’re lucky. Everyone has a attitude, you can see them always arguing with customers and even among each other. Managers always look disassociated and uninterested. Overall the place is just bad all around, it needs to be restructured. Starting at the top.

I was there last night and hands the absolute worst service with incredibly rude employees who first made me wait 15 minutes before ordering, then proceeded to get my order wrong, when I expressed to them that they messed up my order they began to all talk about me. I’ve ordered food from here multiple times. Often times an item is missing if it’s a larger than normal order but that’s not a huge deal. I ordered food today and my chicken wrap came very undercooked, and It killed my appetite. Missing items are one thing, but undercooked chicken is nothing to play with. Also the hygiene is a bit questionable. Last time I had a biscuit missing so I went back in to get it. The same guy who was dealing with the register and touching other things then went and grabbed my biscuit bare handed and gave it to me. I don’t think I can order from this one again.

My visit to popeyes today was very refreshing. My food was fresh and everything that I ordered, I received. The cashier was very pleasant and had exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back every time I want that amazing fried chicken and customer service that I got today!!

We have been coming to Poeyes in Cutler bay for many, many, many years! Drive thru has always been a little discouraging but we still go as we love Popeyes. Well, we went through the drive thru last night and TARIAH was at the window. Wow!! she was kind, and helpful without attitude. She has to be the kindest, sweetest, helpful asset to Popeyes!! Breath of fresh air!! NEVER let her go! ☺️ The food was great too!! CRUNCHY CHICKEN. 🙂

This Popeyes is the absolute worst. On Sunday I was in the drive-through line for 30 minutes until I got to the window and they said they were only accepting cash. Then tried the same Popeyes Tuesday night and they had me waiting at the window for my food for over 20 minutes until I just drove off. Worst customer service. Have no idea how this location still stands.
