The manager was clueless or a liar.

I entered my code in the kiosk at 11:01. The screen still had the breakfast menu. I asked the manager what time they serve lunch and she said 11. I said, well the screen still has the breakfast menu. She told me to log out of the kiosk and that she would take my order at the register. I showed her the code and asked her if my code for points was still valid or if I need to refresh and get a new code. She said it’s good, I just entered the code.

She then tells me the total. I told her that my debit card is linked and if she entered the code then it should be paid for. Well, it wasn’t and sure enough when I looked at my point total, I wasn’t given my points for the purchase. I then asked for the receipt so that I could enter the information in order to receive my points. She gives me a heavy sigh, rolls her eyes and prints out the receipt. Well, now I know why she was hesitant to give me the receipt, she knew she got caught lying.

McDonald’s, please train your managers on honesty or at least admit that a mistake was made. All she had to do was tell me to refresh the app and get a new code. It would have taken a few seconds to do but instead she either didn’t know what to do OR wanted to flat out lie. At this point…I’ll go with the latter. I was able to earn my points with my receipt. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the heavy sigh and eye roll.

I’m giving you 1 star for this visit because a negative wasn’t available.

In the end…convenience (fast food) isn’t always the best option.

I had the most wonderful egg McMuffin at this McDonald’s last Monday. I know it was just an egg McMuffin, but you could tell it was made with love. The muffin was perfectly toasted, the egg beautifully jammy, just remarkable.

I always come into McDonald’s with such low expectations past midnight that I usually only order a couple burgers, because that’s hard to mess up or serve stale. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to get crispy fresh fries and fresh double cheese burgers. The employees seem competent and friendly as well. Service was fast like back in the days I worked at McDonald’s with the “gold standard”. Kudos and thank you to the crew working on 3rd shift the morning of February 18th, 2026.

I rarely provide feedback for fast food locations, but I stop here almost every time I have to get on 55 to go into the city. I never have a bad experience here. Everyone at the drive thru is always friendly and they’ve never gotten an order wrong.

Kudos to the staff here.

Went there for a mcflurry and they said they’re not serving that at the moment. I pull up to the window and see the machine was on able to be used. Not in a cleaning cycle or anything like that. Seemed like they didnt want the hassle of cleaning the machine and or refilling it.

UPDATE December 2025. Food was awful. Over-salted, which made a single cheeseburger inedible. Fries were cold with a horrible aftertaste, and they left a coating on the roof of your mouth. Will not be ordering from here again.

Five months ago: Shorted our order yet again. Missing two chocolate milks from the happy meals. We are shorted every time

Employees refused to grab manager due to manager being on break. I asked what would happen if there was an emergency or a manager was needed at the window and they just stared at me and laughed. I did send a complaint to corporate with more detail regarding why I needed a Manager to begin with, but this was very unnecessary. Customer service does not entail laughing at your customers when there’s a problem at hand, and a team of young adults should not be left to look after themselves with no Manager on duty or even an ability to grab the Manage.

Ordered a Mcfrappe around 9:30pm today, after delivery driver dropped it off, I opened both the seals to open the bag and seen my frappe was only filled halfway. The driver did not spill the drink.

I ordered over $25 of burgers and basket of fries and i went to pick it up they did not want to give me the sauce to dip my fries in it and when i asked why, the manager rudely told me there’s a new owner for this franchise location and you need to pay extra for the sauce, well you tell me if i will ever go back to this location and give them my business again
