I had the worse experience here all the employees do is talk stand out and do noting I went there for one biscuit at 5:10 and waited 30 minutes and when I asked about my order I was ignored multiple times so I then asked for my money back and the employee still proceeded to ignore me a man with a green shirt then came and proceeded to have us wait for service he then brings the biscuit after I asked for my money back and he proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get my money back and ignored my request and just gave me the biscuit I should’ve have to take something I don’t want when they failed at doing their job. I will never come back here all the employees here give horribe service and they don’t do their jobs. It was multiple customers other than me waiting longer for their food and they still hadn’t paid those ppl no mind. This store need a whole new team because these ppl don’t care about they job or the ppl they are serving I won’t be back

This location offers walk-up and drive-thru services. I mobile ordered, and due to the lack of parking, I went to pick up at the drive thru. The line was long, and when you get to the speaker, no one answers, and then after a while, they tell you to hold on. I was told that I had to wait 7 minutes and was told to park. After more than 10 minutes, they bring my chicken tenders out cold without my drink because they ran out of cups. A lot of the sauces were unavailable. The best part of my order was the fresh apple pie, but this experience was just entirely too long to be subpar. I will not be returning to this location.

This location has the worst customer service and timing ever!!! I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, an additional 3 minutes at the speaker, only for me to tell the drive-thru cashier that I’m picking up order #34… I get to the window, they don’t have my order ready nor do they have WINGS to complete my order… I asked if they can give me the wing sections since the wings aren’t available, they said No… I asked can I switch my meal for the value I paid online, the answer was NO. I asked to speak with the manager who walked to the window already shaking her head NO… The manager then confirmed all the NOs, so I asked for a refund since I can’t get anything, they told me to request it online. I asked for the manager’s name, the cashier laughed and gave me an alias “KESHA”, and closed the window in my face… I left with no food and no refund. But I did try to get a picture of the rude, short, Jamaican manager and the drive-thru cashier.

Still trying to figure out why I paid upwards of $11 for a 2-piece combo. To add insult to injury they gave me a wing and a drumstick when I asked for dark meat.
No utensils, napkins or straw. Maybe they’re charging extra for the long wait and nasty attitude.

I love popeyes but today was the worst experience. I ordered the 4 pieces for $5. I told the drive thru lady I wanted 3 thighs and a leg mild. I get to the window she tries to offer me a spicy breast because they didn’t have any thighs. In my opinion the right thing to do is tell me theres a wait time for the thighs which I would have waited. But she then gives me what I asked for but the thighs are the size of their chicken wings. Very disappointed.

Like every restaurant we have to consider breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Different day, Different schedule, Different cooks and cashier even managers and supervisors. It hurt to go but some chicken to find that they charged me extra for white meat (breast) because i did not get wing i had to pay for sauces. But they didn’t even bother to give me the right meal. Ask for spicy , fries and mash my sweet heat I got home so tired and upset couldn’t enjoy the meal and had to cook Mac n cheese for.my daughter. Never again
