I have been to this Popeyes at least 5 times and each time the chicken is dry, never fresh. It’s as if the chicken is sitting in a warmer for hours. I haven’t gotten freshly made food there once. I hope a regional manager or someone from corporate reads this review and do some sort of inspection on the place.

Man this is one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. It was all women working when my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and awesome service. Food was fresh hot got home and enjoyed it. Thank you ladies keep up the great work!

Today my husband and I went to this Popeyes. We had such a nice experience. The girl who took our order and gave us our food was so patient and nice and polite. We really appreciated it! Not sure on the spelling, but I think her name was Queloni.

UPDATE: 5/17/2025: They turned this place around for the better and I have returned… Staff are very well mannered and they care for…. Enjoyed bringing the kida here after over a year gap. Kudos to management and staff.
Old reviews: Very rude staff here… They talk to you like they are annoyed at you and you the customer is interrupting their day. You ask them for napkin, they get annoyed… Ask them for sauce they get annoyed…. What a junk hole this has become….
Few weeks ago I was there with my 5 yo kid, he loves Popeyes… Shame he got yelled at by this angry staff lady because he was standing up on the seat instead of sitting down like she would’ve liked it.
Latest example: I was just on the phone and asking about hours during this stormy day… The person gave me script answer and said not sure when we close and just hung up.
Their chicken has been tasting burned and refried from leftover chicken using leftover oil in the frier.
UPDATE: 5/17/2025: They turned this place around for the better and I have returned… Staff are very well mannered and they care for…. Enjoyed bringing the kida here after over a year gap. Kudos to management and staff.

I had placed a mobile order. When I got home, I saw a box of burned chicken. Initially I thought it was burned spices but it was BURNED chicken. I live 5 miles away and tried calling them 47 times only for no one to pick up the phone. I went back the next day as I couldn’t feed this to my children and I was told by the manager Shrek who called another manager and said they couldn’t replace it and told me contact someone with an email of “sailormen” WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! Garbage!

Really awesome Popeyes restaurant! The service was fast and the food was delicious! With limited restrictions due to the pandemic we were still able to eat inside of the restaurant as they had every other table available to sit down. The restaurant was clean and a worker and immediately wiped down our table after we got up to leave. If you love good chicken, good service and you are in the area, stop by!

This Popeyes has the worst customer service ever!! I don’t think I’ve come here before and had good customer service. The guy taking our order complaining the whole time about “taking too much orders” and “why are people coming here” the wait for the food was even worse it took half an hour for two chicken sandwiches and mac n cheese. I waited at a table while my boyfriend stayed by the register for our food. Once the order was done the guy didn’t want to give him our food even though he had a receipt. The two stars was just for the food being okay.
