The staff there was very polite but the food was HORRIBLE they refried the chicken It was extra greasy and the breading was fried very very hard the food their was the worst POPEYES I have ever eaten sincerely speaking. I pealed the skin off to try and get some chicken from the middle.

I placed an online order at 2:39 and picked it up at 2:53pm. The food was not ready at the time I placed it. The drive thru was empty and inside the restaurant was only two people. I went to retrieve my pick up order at the pick up area. I always like to double make sure the order is accurate. As I open up the bag the fries looked like day old shriveled up bacon. I tried one just to make sure and it was disgusting. I asked if I can get new fries was greeted with a rude demeanor from the lady staff. As a GRADUATED hospitality major, her actions and words were uncalled for. Rather than just fix the small issue she wanted it to escalate. The fry area station was empty. As she’s rambling at the mouth she’s telling me it’s going to be a couple minutes wait. Literally 5 seconds later, new fries come out. She should be focusing on her hold time to make sure the food is fresh and appropriate to serve to customers. As I left, she was bickering back and forth. Still in shocked and disgusted to be treated like this I went about my way back home which was 1 hour away. My biggest mistake was not to check the whole bag. The chicken and tenders was dry old and cold. The biscuits were inedible. The best thing out of my meal was the mashed potatoes and fountain drink. As a person who works in the hospitality industry, I know the different between fresh food with the correct hold time vs old food that’s been sitting in the warming unit. An empty store should’ve been a sign. All I asked for was some fresh fries but I received horrible service.

These employees at this restaurant need to be given a course in customer service. In the drive thru I specifically asked for a number five without a drink, not only did I have to park and get out of the car to go get my food I realized that they charged me more than the number five. When I brought it to their attention they say yeah it’s without a drink so it’s not a combo, so I asked well can I at least have the drink since you charged me more and they told me no you ordered it without a combo even though I specifically asked for a number five, they refused to give me a drink. Then afterwards, I find out they didn’t even give me a biscuit. So not only did they not listen to me when I ordered they were not willing to make it right all while having a stuck up attitude while I was very courteous and kind in return

This Popeye’s is awesome! Every time I go here they are always prompt, polite, and professional. The food is always well cooked and delicious. I’ve had some bad experiences with other Popeye’s stores in Miami.
Last night was excellent. I got into a conversation with some of the workers, Yardelys (the manager), Yadriany (a very friendly employee), and Danny (the cook). This conversation was in Spanish and my Spanish isn’t so great. They were so friendly. We had a good time! Again, this place is always professional, clean, and awesome quality. I highly recommend this store! Great experience! I will return regularly!

I honestly don’t know how this Popeyes is still open. I placed a mobile order almost 40 minutes ago thinking it would save time. Big mistake. I walk in and my food hasn’t even been started. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still going to wait almost an hour? The manager was beyond rude. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. When I asked about my order, I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone like I was inconveniencing them for expecting food I already paid for. Zero professionalism. The entire experience felt disorganized and chaotic. Employees standing around, customers waiting everywhere, and no communication whatsoever. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering, at least honor it. Waiting 40+ minutes for fast food is ridiculous. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Do better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I came in for a quick bite as i was around the area and needed a quick bite. I am from out of state, so it was the most convenient place to find around me.
As soon as i received the piece of chicken i knew there was something off about the smell. There was an “off smell”. I should have followed my instincts, but i ate it anyway, as i never have gotten sick from the last times i’ve had Popeyes. As soon as i was done with my last bite, my stomach immediately started to turn, and I felt the need to vomit.
I left feeling extremely sick and as soon as I got home, I vomited the whole entire meal. This is the first time that has ever happened to me as soon as I eat a meal. This place does not change their oil, that chicken was bad because it was cooked in overly used oil which God knows how many times they change a month, probably none. The place was empty and now I make sense as to why. This place needs an inspection. It is bot a safe place to eat. They use bad, old and possibly contaminated food products. I will never be returning to this place. Choose wisely!

This Popeyes is fairly new. I went to this one for the first time 9/29/2024. I ordered a 12 piece boneless wings, a surf and turf, and a 3 piece dark. The wings were a combo that came with red beans and rice as well as a drink. This is one of 2 Popeyes I know of that has kiosks. Overall the service was good

Stopped by this Popeyes real quick for dinner, and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. The place was super clean, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. Got my food quick, and when I went to ask for some sauce, they gave it to me asap. I said thank you, and they hit me with a “no, thank you” which was sweet ☺️. The whole spot was decorated for Easter too, which made it feel even nicer. If you’re in the area, definitely a solid spot to stop by.

I was waiting for this Popeyes’s to open, I finally went today. I ordered the 12 pc tender family bundle for $25.99. The tenders had more breading than meat, they were a little dry and salty. The biscuits which I am a fan of were hard on the bottom, like they were over cooked. We got 4 cokes that we couldn’t drink because it had a weird taste, not even like Diet Coke it had a bad after taste and hardly any gas. The only good items I can say we got were the fries and the mashed potato. The employees were very nice and courteous.
