This place is good is you are able to wait 3-5 BUSINESS days for cold food with terrible service. I personally feel like the CEO needs to clear house and rehire all new people. There is no way you make someone order food in the DRIVE through and you take an hour to serve them and when you do the food is cold AND drinks are watery because they’ve been sitting on the counter for so long. Then, when you ask them to remake the food you better be prepared to wait an ADDITIONAL hour because they are slow. Also, they’ve been known to overcharge customers and not honor the price on the menu so pleaseeee MAKE SURE you calculate your order and ask for a receipt because I feel like they are stealing from the register and replacing the missing cash with CC payments

I pulled in at 2045 and all the lights were out even though they stay open until 2300. Ordered a five piece family meal spicy. Arrived back home to have crispy chicken instead. Tried calling the store, phone rings twice then goes to fast busy. Please focus on order accuracy, if I want crispy chicken there’s better options…

Today I was having a tough day and the GM Antonio certainly made it a bit better by cooking me up some hot fresh chicken tenders, fries and biscuit. I would also like to note that Antonio seem very focused on his leadership and back office duties while still providing me some hot fresh chicken, running drive thru like a champ and cleaning up the dining area. I forgot I had hot sauce in my purse and regret not remembering that fact until now. Overall it was the best Popeyes experience I’ve had. I’ve displayed my empty wrapper. I like the patterns.

The food was good but the crew @ palm bay rd and 95 saved the day. I left my purse and didn’t realize it till I got 5 miles down the road. Returned to store and they was there with my purse. I want to commend this crew for there honesty.

This location is the worst in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area. The Drive-thru staff is not friendly. Most workers seem like they don’t want to be there. I just don’t get it. Orders are sometimes wrong. Popeyes in general has been dropping the ball. I rarely go to this location because of the above. I prefer the New Haven location, although they need some work as well. Like one of the reviewers mentioned, “Close the store and retrain the staff, or hire all new people. For now, we will not be returning”

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is possibly the worst Popeyes that I’ve been to. We were in the drive through line for over 30mins. That is not even including the time we waited at the window to pay and receive our food and the order still wasnt correct. But we were not going to keep waiting. Drive through staff is not friendly at all and they sound like they don’t want to be there. Close the store and retrain the staff, or hire all new people. For now, we will not be returning.

Zero stars. I went to this location several months ago but pulled out of the drive through line after waiting for 15 minutes and only moving 1 car length. I went a few days ago and sat in line for maybe 20 minutes but when I finally got to place my order, the girl just could not comprehend that I did not want a drink, only a meal. I went back and forth with her for over a minute and finally grew tired of the incompetence and left. I drove to the the New Haven location and got my food there.
