Vet bad attitude lady, I am Deaf and I been patient for hard time understand her but she does not accept to be patient with me. I been waiting to long to ask for honey and she said wait. I told I been waiting to long. She tried to call cop on me. I never get honey. I left very unhappy. I won’t come back till she work there no longer.

Thank you so much, for handing my order over to someone else, without verification of who the dash door person came in for. I didn’t get food at all. How I know, was due to fact my dash driver told me it was already taken.
Please, moving forward verify before you just hand it to some random person. Idk who did it but shame on you. Nothing is cheap in this world. That was last of my money for today.

Where do I start? Let me first say I don’t leave reviews unless the service is exceptional or horrible! This Popeyes location is absolutely insane! The lack of customer service especially from the manager is mind blowing!
2 weeks on a Sunday in a row(after deciding I didn’t want to cook) I placed an order online! I arrive 15-20 minutes later.
Be mindful the app never let me know it was ready!
To pick up the order from drive thru is an option, well I’m told that the drive thru is close, I have to come In. I enter and I am never greeted. There’s employees walking back and forth asking others for name on order but none of the orders are for any of us that they are making! The screen shows my order is ready. However Juan (what I see from the screen)that also says show not ready) pulls to the drive thru and his order is magically ready and they give it to him. She finally ask my name and doesn’t say anything but walks away with no update. I wait 12 minutes, she ask my name again, repeats the name as if she don’t understand and I say well it says it’s ready. She says that’s because it timed out. It does that. What in the world?????? Now 10 minutes later The manager it seems is making the order but stressing and fussing because shes short chicken and has no pies. I asked her well is that for Shakita, she says yes and I just took extra biscuits. Left unsatisfied , annoyed and waited entirely too long. That’s almost 50 minutes. Chicken was what I’m used to from Popeyes. 2 weeks ina row!!!!! On a Sunday around 6:3-7. I’ll NEVER go to this Popeyes again! Ugh….

Let me preface this by saying that I’ve only been to this location twice over the past 6 months because I don’t live in Florida. Also, before 6 months ago I had not been to a Popeyes in many years!
This Popeyes is awesome! The customer service is top notch, the employees are super friendly. The food is fresh and hot, and that’s what matters most to me. The drive thru is efficient and fast. I wish I had a Popeyes near me in Atlanta.

They get no freaking points they slow and always didn’t have enough workers in the clock I can order just a drink and you will be sitting in the for at least 45 minutes for a drink they have very poor management and should be closed down

I read a lot of the reviews and I am surprised! We stopped by there 930 Tuesday night on our way home. Ordered a 2 piece meal, just breasts and a 5 piece tender meal. The person that took the order at the drive thru was pleasant. We paid then they asked us to pull up to wait for our order. It couldn’t have been more than a 5 minute wait. We got home and the food was hot and fresh! All of our order was correct and the tenders were huge! We were quite pleased. For the last few years we have stopped at several different locations throughout the state and something was always wrong. Forgotten items, lousy food, tenders so small they weren’t worth the money. That night this Popeyes was outstanding!!!! Thank you so much!!

Usually I have a bunch of nice things to say. At this time not so much. The staff wouldn’t help me with the slightly broken kiosk screen.. and on top of that they got pretty rude with my foreman about helping us.. and once we got the food we no longer trusted it… We felt like they did something to our food…. They were continuously rude and on top of that we threw most of the food away because we just couldn’t trust it…. The baseboards do you have mold coming out of them and soda some of the ceiling tiles in the store…. Honestly I wouldn’t ever go back

I waited at the drive-through. No one answered the drive-through so I thought it may be broken so I went to the window. The three gentlemen that were in there they were putting orders together. They saw me at the window. No one came over to say I’ll be with you in a minute no one came over to take an order. They ignored me. I said that window for 5 to 6 minutes with them ignoring me I do not know What the issue was or if it was because of a racial issue, but this is disgusting
