I know there’s a lot of negative reviews about this Popeyes. Granted, I waited over 30 minutes for my order, but when I got home and tasted the order the chicken it was well worth the wait. I don’t know what it was about, but this was the best chicken I’ve ever had from Popeyes! It had more flavor than I seem to have experienced in the past. The Red Beans and Rice, Cajun Fries, and biscuits were all very tasty, too. The manager, Bridgette, I believe her name is was very accommodating as we had to wait a long time for the chicken to be ready. I also highly recommend the strawberry biscuits. Sometimes, I think you just have to make the best of it, and that’s what I tried to do in there and be an encouragement.

I visited this restaurant this evening after working a 12 hour shift, and needless to say, I will probably never visit this location again. The cashier, I can’t tell you her name because I didn’t see a name tag, but she had pink hair, was all over the place except at the register. I waited 7-10 minutes to be waited on and there was only one person in front of me. No one acknowledged me or any other guests waiting in line, including the MOD. When the cashier finally came to the register she didn’t say not one word. She just gave me a look as if she had been waiting on me the whole time. I used my rewards to redeem a free 2 piece combo. I showed her the phone and she just stared at me. So I scanned it. Again, she just looked at me as if she was lost. So I told her I wanted a breast and leg mild with red beans and rice. She fixed my order and brought it to the counter and said “here you go” and walked away. Upon checking, there was a leg and this baby thigh in the box. So I informed her that I asked for a breast. She told me there was no breast. But I saw plenty of them. So I just told her to give me a spicy one. There was no sense of urgency in that place. Everyone had AirPods or some type of ear piece in their ear, and everyone seemed to have an attitude. The whole crew, including the shift lead, supervisor, manager, or whoever she was should’ve stayed home. This location needs to do better. Every time I come here there is a problem with my order or the staff has an issue or just don’t care.

Grabbed a 3 piece tender combo for lunch, worst chicken and mash I have ever had. Everything tasted old and was hardly warm. It took everything I had to eat one tender and 2 bites of mash. I love popeyes, it’s my favorite go to for lunch but not today. I dont know it was the location or what but I have never had a meal be completely inedible let alone instantly turn my stomach.

First I want to express how this company’s corporate does not give a damn about what this location is going thru, I am regular customer at this location and have repeatedly tried to contact there corporate offices and get nothing but thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am only posting this because today i stop in to grab some dinner for our family and seen that Desirae a manager that I have been very grateful for being at the location because since she been there you can notice the change. I feel like there is someone there that cares unfortunately when I was there tonight around 430pm the energy felt cold and all I seen was Desirae in drive thru alone and trying to manage a shift with no staff and two other managers worried about nothing but getting ready to leave and of course after enjoying my dinner with family sitting in the lobby two managers leave, leaving Desirae another girl and two employees in the back. I’ve never seen a team of managers treat another manager so coldly and as I would put it discriminatory against her. There’s needs to be some Evaluation from higher ups in this store.

Terrible service. Could hear people yelling while ordering. Idk if this man was a manager or not. He was a black male and had a black shirt on. He was horribly rude. Very short. Very rude. He needs to be fired. He treated us like crap. Stay away from this location.

Great experience with helpful staff. I had meant to ask for a receipt for employment reimbursement, but I forgot to. When I returned to the counter and asked after eating my meal, they were nice enough to retrieve my receipt from the trash by the register! Desiree was sweet and helpful too.

The laziest workers in fast food they rush you to order but never have the condiments that you need (honey, ketchup, etc) or pieces of chicken that’s requested. I ordered a meal and received a kids size drink. The workers have bad attitudes and always respond with slick remarks corporate should close this location permanently until they hire employees that actually want to do the job they’ve applied for.

I had the pleasure to meet miss Desirae, who was very helpful with aiding in my selection for tonight’s dinner. She answered all of my questions while training at the same time. It has been few years since ive dined in with Popeyes. By far, this was the best establishment I have had the greatest experience in, in a very long time. As a former fast food supervisor myself, its been a long time since ive seen a shift ran the way hers does. Everyone was cheerful, very welcoming and though she may have been short handed, she still showed great leadership, motivation, and nothing but words of encouragement for her tteam. I watched her handle every challenge thrown her way from small to large with nothing but grace. She is truly a gem and a great asset to this company. Thank you so much for all your hard work, humility and speedy service. I dont know the pay is now a days but everyone on her shift earned a well deserved raised.
