I ordered 2 chicken dippers , 1 cheese bites, & a 3 piece white meat. Waited 50 minutes then saw a message from the delivery driver saying the store didn’t have my order someone else picked it up. He they told him they had to cancel the order because they no longer serve the items I ordered. Then I tried to call to find a solution . I was told they can’t do anything to fix the problem & the order is canceled. However the kept my payment. Now l get to wait up to 48hrs for customer service to reach out to me. I placed a 2nd order replacing the 2 chx dippers with a 5 piece tenders. The cheese poppers were overcooked empty bread balls in a mostly empty box. SHAMEFUL

Must be management… Waited 20 minutes for chicken. Manager did not acknowledge or offer a water, smile or apology while waiting.
Then I asked for a refund… Which took another 3 minutes, Manager didnt look me in the face, speak to me or acknowledge me in any way.
The receipt says it was an “overring and clearly it was not,” Probably seem to be management & culture created
That said… Resepct these two who despite the above:
1. Drive-through / Also, came to the car guy… Polite, courteous and honest with eye contact
2. Guy on the fryer seemed overwhelmed, but was directing “traffic” seemed busy Handling business.. Still gave a courtesy head nod

This is the third time I have ordered through the app, chose custom pieces of chicken (breasts and thighs), paid extra for those custom pieces, and received a box of wings and legs. This location sucks. I am done giving them my money.

Half of my order was missing but more concerningly what I did receive tasted like cleaning chemicals, the biscuits especially. Was unable to finish or really eat the food due to whatever contamination. Health department should pop in here and see where they are storing chemicals in relation to food

Wait was terrible. It took 10 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to receive purchase. Unsatisfactory. I went in store and ask for my money back. Will never go to this Popeyes on Nine mile Road.

Never fails. Order is wrong again!!! I like Popeyes but definitely not the store on Nine Mile. The place is just a mess. Customer service is terrible. Employees are wearing socks and slippers. Is that normal in food establishments now? Employees smoking outside the front entrance. They go back in to work and didn’t even washed their hands. Yes I watched them just go right back to work!!! I worked in a food establishment for 8 yrs and we all have to be presentable. That means clean uniform and definitely no slippers. I normally don’t do reviews but this store needs a lot of help. Employees in this store are needing some customer service training. I understand about not liking a job. But if you choose to be in the customer service workplace then you’ll have to have a “fake it ‘til you make it attitude.” I really hope that this store will get better.

Easily one of the worst Popeyes in the county. It’s the drive through that makes you old. They will take ages to begrudgingly get your food to you. It’s a genuine gamble if I’ll wait 15 or 30 minutes for my food. At least it wasn’t a 45 minute wait like the one on West 9 mile once. They charge restaurant prices and give you restaurant wait times. I’d probably save money and time if I just went to Jackson’s instead. Corporate needs to take a long hard look at why franchises like these struggle to stay afloat. If they charged the prices they charge but made it fast, it’d be OK. If they charged half the price with that wait time, it’d be OK. But you pay the PRIVILEGE to pull around and wait. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or underequipped to cook, but this establishment needs drastic changes. Popeyes is so capable of being the best fast food chain in America, if they weren’t so rude and SLOW. SO SLOW. If popeyes could maintain speed when cooking their chicken, they could easily dominate the fried chicken market.

Wow. Have to experience this for yourself. I never usually eat fast food but had a craving and Popeyes are normally good. This was incredibly bad. Waited over 15 minutes for cold food. They made me pull around building, brought out food and then asked for it back saying they need to add bacon to the chicken bacon ghost pepper i bought on both sandwiches. Then came back out and handed me the sandwiches now opened wrapper falling out the bag. I never usually return items cause I know to never return. But this was not edible looking and cold. When I pulled around and asked for return. They said why, I said the sandwiches are cold. Like refrigerator cold. The girl said ya, id never eat here and I work here. Manager comes over and says food is hot but cheese is cold and buns are cold not the chicken. I said, I like hot sandwiches and know how they should be. They all talk and hand me back recipt. Ill have to make sure my card actually gets credited. This truly is amazing and I dont know how they are in business at this location. Hopefully i get my money back since I left with no food.
