Sandwich at lunch was great, service at drive through was INCREDIBLY RUDE and I will never go back to this location…not ever
After waiting several minutes for a supervisor override, he aggressively shoved my change at me and then the cashier yelled at me when I was putting my change away to hurry up bc “people were waiting behind me” and I was increasing their ticket time. She didn’t even know what I ordered when I pulled up so they’re not in a hurry when you’re waiting, but when to they finally get you taken care of you better RUN ALONG, apparently

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at this location. Went in through the drive through ordered something simple. Get to the window and I’m sexually harassed by the crew. I pay with apple pay, the crew asked me questions “oh where you from” “why you here” “do you live here”. All for them to talk amongst themsleves saying things like “oh that fine shit” “oh the things I’d do to that” oggling me like I’m a piece of meat. Absolutely disgusted and even better the manager on scene was apart of it too. When I respond I’m from Texas, they say “oh everything bigggg in Texas” “their are bigger things in Pensacola” they talk and wink at each other. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I leave with my food which when I check they gave me the wrong order completely. I drive to the nearest Popeyes to fix the order, and as I describe my experience I’m brought to tears, actual tears by how unacceptable that interaction was. Popeyes if you read this at all please do better hold these men accountable, because I wouldn’t stand to have my daughter let alone any other woman go through what I just went through. And the biggest hoax of it all they never gave me a receipt I couldn’t make a formal complaint on the website or the app. Please re watch the cameras Feb, 2nd 2026 5pm. Will NOT bring my business back

Everything was fresh, and clean. Including the bathroom. I ordered a 2 piece for lunch, dine in, and wanted a leg and a thigh. They just ran out of thighs. Guy said 7 minutes, made it, and threw in a wing for the wait. That folks? Is unheard of, especially these days. Highly recommend.

The manager on shift tonight needs to be fired!! Please hire someone with customer service and who can lead his team. As paying customers we deserve that. He couldn’t take orders in thru and was unable to successfully serve those inside. If you want your business to succeed please pay attention. So many were in line complaining about him only.

Ordered with doordash. Did not get what I ordered. I ordered 2 spicy tender meals, both were regular and tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for a hot minute. Ordered 2 extra biscuits, a total of 4, got zero biscuits. Ordered mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes. No sauce for either meal. Ticket on my bag was correct but the majority of the food was not. Very disappointed

They literally had only half of the menu items. I kept asking for different items, but they didn’t have any of them. I was ended up with three of the same sandwich that I didn’t even want. After waiting that long, it’s hard when the family doesn’t even get what they wanted or expected.

Ordered 12 wings 10 minutes ahead of time. There were a few cars in the drive through and like 3 people inside, so they weren’t overwhelmed with people. When I got there I asked about my order and a lady said she was making it so I waited. 20 minutes later, I got tired of waiting and asked a guy about my order again, and it turns out that the lady wasn’t actually making it. Aside from my drink, nothing was done for my order. The guy grabbed some wings and made my order in like 2 minutes. The guy gave me 2 extra wings for my 20 minute wait. Moral of the story, ask about your order every 2 minutes even if someone says that they are already on it.

Gave us 1 straw at the window and then made us pull up and wait. We waited 20 minutes for food and when we were given our food we asked if the other straws were in the bag, she tossed us the food and said yes. This is what we got. Highly disappointed. Made my car a sticky mess. Will not be back.
