I wanna start by saying i just order from here and i didn’t receive majority of what i would have loved to get for $20. I checked my bag and had 2 Applies missing even though i paid for it and on top of that i didn’t get NO SAUCE in the bag… i truly don’t understand how you could miss 2 out of 3 of my apple pies and on top of the apple pie and no sauce i barely receive any fries in my 3pc Combo. Bless yalls hearts… because this is truly unbelievable.

Stopped by the drive-through on 1/18/26 around 10:00 PM. I wasn’t expecting luxury—just edible food served without attitude.
Tried to order a spicy chicken sandwich and was told, “We ain’t dropping no more food.” Fair enough. Apparently the fryer clocked out before I did.
They did offer a regular sandwich, so I asked for spicy sauce on the side. I also ordered two wraps, because logic would suggest that if wraps are on the menu, the chicken inside them might still exist.
Customer service, however, was the real entrée. Every time I asked a question, the cashier (nose ring, unforgettable performance) closed the window to loudly trash talk me with her coworker. Not after I drove away. Not subtly. Repeatedly. Front-row seating to the disrespect.
The food itself?
Wraps: Ice cold, like they’d been stored next to the ice machine for emotional support.
Fries: Lukewarm, boldly mediocre.
Sandwich: Somewhere between “been sitting” and “should’ve stayed sitting.”
Drink: Shockingly fine. Gold star.
I understand closing procedures. What I don’t understand is when this food was cooked. 9:00? 9:30? Yesterday? And what happens to anyone brave enough to order at 10:50 PM—a room-temperature surprise?
This location is not struggling. It has given up.
Customer service is a joke.
Food quality is a joke.
And effort? Missing in action.
A manager’s number (Wilford) was posted on the drive-through. I texted him. I’ll update if he responds—but I’m not holding my breath, just like the food wasn’t holding heat.
If you value hot food and basic respect, I highly recommend the Whataburger or Church’s Chicken on either side of this place.
I usually go to the Whataburger next door for late-night meals and they’ve never disappointed. I should’ve trusted my gut—unlike this place, it’s rarely cold

I’ve lived in Tallahassee for the past 10 years, and this is always my go-to Popeyes location. The food is consistently fresh, the staff is friendly, and they’re always quick with a great customer service attitude.

Whenever family comes into town—whether it’s for a family gathering or a football game—I always recommend this location. They never disappoint and always provide a great experience. Highly recommended!

Walked inside to order, not one person dining in. Drive thru was busy. 1 person working at the counter/drive thru. 1 person on the back. 9 piece special. No thighs or legs so got one chicken wing the rest breast. Winner for us I guess but hubby likes the dark meat. Food was close to cold in our 5 mile ride home. Counter tops were nasty not a clean place to eat.

Went to Popeyes and spent 33.31 on my order just to get home 20 minutes away and realize I didn’t have my large red beans and rice. Called back to the location and asked if I could get a credit because there was no way I could drive back . Tammy the person answered said there was no way I could get a credit but I could come back and get it after explaining to her I was 20 minutes away. I don’t want anything free just wanted an apology or even a sense of care after I spent my hard earned money to find food items were missing. She abruptly hung up the phone, no apology. I see why the reviews are horrible at this location. The professionalism at this location doesn’t exist at all!

All the workers here have such an awful attitude. They truly seem miserable and hate their lives which I probably would too if I was 30+ and working at Popeyes. Everyone there just acts annoyed to have to talk to you and will just look at you instead of helping you. Truly the most miserable workers!

Will never go to this popeyes again. You can tell the workers don’t want to be there. They will have a full conversation with someone else and just hand you your things without saying anything like here you go now leave. Unprofessional….just convenient but not really with it

Honestly, this place is terrible. They’ll get you with a crazy long wait, whether walk in, drive thru, or online; just for them to get the order wrong. And rude as hell. But convenient, which is what will keep this place open, because if it wasn’t for large corporation safety nets, this place would be out of business
