I went to eat here today at the Broadway location in Mt. Pleasant, MI. My 9 year old niece ordered a the new Bleu Cheese sandwich. She did not like the flavor. I asked to speak with a manager, one did not come over to speak with us. I told the cushier she did not like the sandwich. His reply was you ordered it. I even brought up that they could offer another sandwich for her. Nobody seemed to care. It was not a good experience.

4 star for fabulous service over the phone and delicious food. -1 star for the driver who delivered like a speed demon. There are so many kids in this neighborhood. With parents who do not watch them. I’d much rather wait 10 more minutes then to see you hit some kid playing in the road. Ohh and says I don’t have any change.

This plce along with the staff always goes above and beyond. The staff are always friendly. I highly recommend. Our family visits this place quite often and we have always had wonderful service. Today, one of the staff brought me out a water while I was working outside on some work on this beautiful day. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place.
