Takes over 20 minutes to get your food and that’s even if they are willing to cook more. They are more worried about online orders than the people standing in front of them. 2nd time I’ve asked for a refund because they make you wait till they cook more chicken instead of giving you what is already cooked sitting right there.

Chicken was sour, I opened up my fried chicken thigh and liquid poured out with a sweet/sour smell, almost made me vomit, cuz I just ate two drums. My daughter had the boneless chicken wings and the whole next day she felt I’ll and had a tremendous case of gas. Do not eat there unless you want to get sick!!

I tries calling multiple times to make sure they put my sweet heat sauce that I paid for in my bag cause every time I order from here they never put it. No One answered the phone and I never got my sauce that I once again paid for. I am upset with the service.

For once in a long while, the young lady in the drive through yesterday was amazing. She was polite and had a sense of humor. She should definitely be a trainer. The red beans were mediocre bc the rice was hard and the beans watery. The chicken was fresh and hot.
