I have never been able to go to this Popeyes without a staff member saying there is a 20-30 minute wait on any chicken. Just tried to go at 7pm on a Sunday with only one other person in line and was told they have a 30 minute wait because they “have other orders”. This place needs to close so an actual business that wants to sell food can use the space.

This location always slaps & the management is top tier! I came through yesterday evening and ordered a 12p family meal – I got home and realized they forgot my biscuits! ( I’m a regular customer but live 30+min away) so I called and the manager on duty, Savannah offered to immediately make it right. I came back the next day and she followed through! I appreciate management who’s willing to fix a carless mistake with a smile & great attitude.

8:05 pm they claim they don’t have anymore chicken. That it’s to late for them to cook anymore. This is one of the if not the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to every time I show up at this place. There’s some excuse or shady people working here. Whoever owns this Popeyes. I hope you see my review and fire every single employee you have as well as make food available until the business is closed. I go to lots of restaurants and fast food places and they also serve food until close in this case Popeyes online as well as the sign says this store closes at 9 PM. Food should be available till 9 PM. Get your biz together or you’re gonna go out of business.

Picking up a family meal thru the drive thru usually works out pretty well. Breasts are normally pretty good but the sides aren’t anything special. Really don’t like the biscuits, just taste too buttery but dry at the same time.

TERRIBLE! This is the third time I’ve been to this location and each time has its own disaster. Previously they were out of side items. Then they were out of thighs. My favorite cut. Then today, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos. I the guy at the window said it would take 7 min and to pull up and wait. After 13 minutes I go inside and wait longer. Then after recording my order, we get home to find the fries were UNCOOKED and the chicken patties RAW. I will NEVER go back again. DONE!

I’m giving this place a 1 star and I wish I could give it ZERO stars. And this is simply because of the POOR ownership group Sailor that runs most of not all of the local Popeyes. This place is in the best place and yet can’t attract and keep employees or customers. The Zaxby’s right next door is packed every day all day. This place looks like a graveyard. There was just the manager and a cook working in there. Just like most Popeyes around Jax, the front door is locked because of a lack of staff. But I give the employees that were there 10 stars for putting up with this crappy owner and still providing good food and a smile. Sailors needs to be forced by RBI to sell all of their franchises! I should make it my mission.

That same old Popeye’s spicy dark meat chicken, red beans and rice, and a biscuit with honey that I love. Also purchased a drink to complete the meal. Everything was great except the price… it was $15.81 for a 3 piece meal and a drink. I know everyone has been hit with inflation, but I feel almost $16 is too much for one meal. Will have to find a coupon or look for special deals on the windows before I go back.
