The cashier was nice, as she was working the register & helping at the window. Our food came out fresh & hot. We didn’t have to wait a long time as we dined in. The store was clean, the bathroom needed a cleaning.

I always go through the drive through so I can not speak for the interior, but the score in the window is good. The wait has never been long at this Popeyes. Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken place, and this is the fastest. The person on the intercom was rushing us a bit, but I’m ok with that for the delicious chicken with no wait once at the window. Also, once at the window the staff is smiling and happy to assist with condiments and napkins. They even helped my friend pay with her phone.

I visited the site in Americus ga @approximately 3:50-4p. I am so disappointed with my food, it was cold and wasn’t cooked recently. Maybe leftover from lunch. The coleslaw was old and not fresh and needed to be thrown out and not to be served especially with it having milk products in it. I didn’t get my change or the receipt, although the change was only 0.2 cent. That’s not important but I could have got info. from the receipt to inform them that I wasn’t satisfied with my order. I had just left the eye doctor and my eyes had been dilated and I just wanted to get home. I hadn’t been going to Pop eyes, but today I had a taste for some hot Popeye chicken and the store was so close, I decided to stop. What a big surprise!! I just wanted to inform you about this visit and I will not be returning.

Took FOREVER to recieve my online order. I was told at the drive through window to pull forward they had to put my order together. 45 minutes later I watched as others received their orders while I sat continuing to wait on mine. Why? Why does it take that long when I ordered online to help prevent the exasperating wait. I finally walked in asking for my order. They had not even tried to begin making my order $45 and over 45 minutes waiting. Sad!

Went at 8pm. Drive through took my order and card and told me to pull to the side and they would bring it out to me. Took them over 30 minutes and I watched people walk in , order food and get food and walk out in that time. I ended up walking inside to get my food. 13$ for a regular number one combo. The girls were doing their best, I know that though, the people in front of me ordered alot. Their district manager needs to get them some more employees

Stop here on Saturday 20sept25, and honestly, will never return. The staff was rude, the dining area had a large spill that no one wanted to take responsibility to mop up. Spent $40 for hard wings and biscuits, and the chicken was harder than a Flintstones newspaper!!!! Money wasted!

The experience was very poor I guess because it’s new and needed to training there staff better, I ordered something and didn’t get what I paid for and what they gave me wasn’t good, so I will give then another try later on and see if they will get better, came to get my online order and I had to wait for over 40 minutes and still got bad service…went there today and my order was all wrong and it took bout 40 minutes to get it…came back today (1-3-2026 and it took bout 30 minutes to get my order and everything I ordered was in the bag, and my order was made wrong and couldn’t get it corrected….
