They have the most beautiful display of pastries! Grab a cafeteria tray to select at your own pace, then head to the checkout, which I really like. I thought the prices were as you’d expect for the quality, with simpler pastries at more affordable prices and more technical/larger pastries and sandwiches a bit higher. Matched prices I’ve seen at other quality bakeries. I thought the per slice for cake was a good deal, the whole cakes were a bit pricier. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly done. They had sandwiches and quiches that they will toast up at the checkout. Everything I tried was delicious! Love the decor and we’ll have to eat in another time. Space was very clean, and the young staff were nice, I read other reviews that said things were messy and maybe that was when they first opened. Such a gem in Overland Park.

The pastries and cakes are delicious and definitely worth the trip. There are fruit tarts, croissants, donuts, chocolate pastries, just to name a few. The cream cheese donuts and coconut cream croissant have been my favorites so far. They also have some savory fare. The atmosphere is light and bright if you decide to eat in and have a specialty coffee, tea or hot cocoa with your pastries. There is also several different kinds of cake by the slice, or you can purchase whole one to go for a birthday or other special occasion. They look amazing! Go early, as they do run out of some items.

The store had a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The cashiers were chatting with each other when I came in, which made the place feel casual but maybe a bit unprofessional. There were many kinds of bread and also a nice variety of cakes. They also sold several kinds of sandwiches, which looked good for a light lunch. However, the prices were on the higher side. When I arrived, there were only trays available for picking bread, so I wasn’t sure how to grab the bread at first. No one came to help, and I had to figure it out myself. There were some paper bags nearby, so I tried to use one to pick up the bread, but just then, an employee finally brought out the tongs. I thought it would’ve been better if they had prepared the tongs earlier.Overall, the place was clean and the selection was good, but since the prices are a bit high, I probably won’t go there often. The coffee was just okay, nothing special.

After a disappointing start going to Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen (see my review in their site) and not getting any service found this little gem.
Beautiful food , great atmosphere.
Place is little crowded but overall great.
Definitely worth it.

The chocolate-filled croissant and Dubai chocolate tart were absolutely amazing — I’d come back just for those! Drinks were also budget-friendly; I got a large matcha for only $5. The sandwich and crab & cheese pie weren’t really my favorites. It was very busy, with a line stretching from the entrance to the counter (probably because of Labor Day).

Nice place pastries look great. Coffee and lattes were good. However the breakfast sandwiches are in the cold case. They will heat them up for you. After heating my sandwich twice the eggs were barely Luke warm. The croissant egg sandwich my wife got same results and it ruined the croissant. They need to figure this out

Paris Baguette Review – 1 Star ⭐
Pastries were the only bright spot — fresh and tasty. Beyond that, this visit was a disaster.
Ordered a sandwich, asked for it heated, and it came out barely warm with the center still cold. Sloppy prep.
Drinks were just okay.
The counter staff seemed untrained and confused — not fluent in English and clearly not ready to run the system.
One employee behind the counter was swearing and complaining to her coworker loud enough for customers to hear. Completely unprofessional.
The café itself was filthy. Tables uncleaned, trash everywhere, floor sticky. Looked like nobody had cleaned it…..
Bottom line: if you want a pastry, maybe grab one to go, they’re excellent. But if you expect decent food, professional staff, or a clean environment, this place falls flat.

Their pastries are like little jewels—beautiful and delicious! I especially loved the not-too-sweet Dubai Chocolate Macchiato and pistachio cake. Perfect birthday treat!”

Welcome to Overland Park Paris Bakery, we are thrilled to have you! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Service was awesome and quick even with the long lines. Not only do they have pastries, they also have sanwiches, pizzas, delicious coffee, and tea! The only downside is there is virtually nothing except a drink ( possibly a macron but did not want to risk it) for our celiac gluten free daughter. She was so disapointed that she couldn’t have anything. Please consider adding a couple gluten free pastries to your delicious offerings! But otherwise this place is awesome!

Paris Baguette in Overland Park is a hidden gem that feels like a slice of Europe right in the heart of Kansas! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of fresh pastries and artisan breads that are just as beautiful as they are delicious.
I tried their croissants, fruit tarts, and a ham & cheese baguette sandwich, and every bite was phenomenal. The pastries are flaky and buttery, the desserts are light and not overly sweet, and the presentation is top tier.
The space is modern, clean, and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or getting a little work done with coffee in hand. Staff was friendly and helpful, even offering recommendations for first timers.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines quality, flavor, and ambiance, Paris Baguette is absolutely worth the visit. Don’t leave without trying their strawberry soft cream cake or their signature mochas!
