Employees are rude! Most of the fountain drinks are out. When telling them most where out, only carbonated water came out. They acted like they didn’t care. No one fixed the issue. When I asked the cashier if the shrimp was cooked with the kitchen, she looked at me and just shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know.” THANKFUL nother employee heard me and yelled out No. I just hope so. If not, I will find out If cross contamination happened here with in an hour. Also my husband ordered food and went to fill up his drink cup which was out so he went to the counter twice to let them know and was told they would change it out but yet never moved to go change it and never told anyone else. My husband asked for a refund on his meal, and the manager on shift got prissy with him and preceded to tell him he could drink something else because she can’t give a refund because of a drink. Well, when you pay for something, that is what you want. This was my 1st time eating at a Popeyes and will be the last. My chicken was dry, the red beans and rice well was mostly white rice (even after I stirred it real good), and the biscuit was hard. See pictures. If I was anyone else, I would go get food elsewhere. This was a very very poor experience.

On September 13, 2025 I stopped into the local Popeyes that I always eat at when I come thru Georgia. Out of the 13 years eating from this place today service was the most sorry crap. People had been waiting on food for over 30 minutes, one guy had order food online when he got there to get his food it wasn’t ready. But, they made sure the fellow coworkers food got out to them in a timely manner. POOR SERVICE DO BETTER!

had the worst experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a 12-piece, but the employee misheard and gave me a 6-piece. I hadn’t paid yet, so I asked her to correct the order—she refused. I then said I wanted to cancel the transaction and get a refund, but they still wouldn’t allow it and forced me to pay. The attitude was extremely rude. What’s more, there was clear racial discrimination—the employee muttered a racist slur against Chinese people, calling us ‘slant eyes.’ The experience here was horrible!

Restaurant is located in TA/BP gas station next to Arbys. Food was delicious. We got 4 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 without pickles but they messed up our order. The lady at the register also took a few cash transactions with gloves on and also proceeded to hand out lids and straws to people. Sanitation is not a priority even though they have it marked everywhere for covid. Cash sanitation procedures has always been around though.

This location has very bad service. Avoid if possible. Not 1 order was correct out of several orders that I witnessed being taken by the front-of-the-house staff. When it was my turn to order, I gave my order and was immediately certain that my order/food would be incorrect due to the staff working there. So before I gave any money to this location, I just left and was more than happy to do so even though I was hungry. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever seen.

Man! Let me tell you that Laverne who is the lead showed such great customer service and an appreciation for cleanliness like I’ve not seen in a Popeyes anywhere. She is the kinda person I would hire for sure and I had to let her know how she was an amazing at what she does. The whole team did great and they all were sweeping and wiping things down constantly. I love this as a customer bc it shows they care.

This is what Popeyes calls their chicken tenders! NOT! These are chicken fingers and need to be in kids meals. Not in adult servings! Just another fine example of corporate greed!

Service was absolutely terrible. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. She was more interested in assisting other customers and carrying on conversations with possible regulars than helping me. I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or not. But it definitely made me uncomfortable. She spoke over me, was rude and condescending when she addressed me, and made it a point to snap sharply at me. Her poor customer service skills are 100% the reason why the place was empty. Additionally, the food was stacked slap full and was old. The chicken tenders were dry and hard. The bone in chicken was also hard and dry. They do not allow customers to have a cup of water even if you buy multiple items. I do not drink soda and have never had an issue with complementary water when I’m a paying customer. I definitely do not recommend stopping here for any reason.

Sarah at the front cashier was extremely rude and impatient. I simply asked for a number one with ghost pepper’s which I’ve done at my own location but Sarah sharply said it is only available in the #2. When I mentioned it says it says it’s available on the menu she gave me a look and entered it in the system. Not sure why it was difficult before and I’m not sure if her managers are observing this behavior.
