This location was disappointing. Ordered online. They had me pull to the line. After 20mins I decided to go in. No mashed potatoes that I ordered. Asked me if I wanted to switch it over for me. Didn’t have the courtesy to wait for me to ask my mom what she wanted. Plainly said that she had switched it to rice and beans. Took everything in me to just pick up the food and leave. My time was more valuable. In the future I will just drive further to a different location.

Sat in line for about an hour, for 3 cars ahead. Got to speaker and they say give me one min.! Come back minutes later! Try to order the sandwich, say it’s going to be a while because people inside, okay I’ll wait, but then say they don’t have no fries! Like what? Y’all have a line of cars almost wrapped.. Just unprofessional and ridiculous.. Staff short okay, but don’t make people wait outside for an hour like that and y’all don’t have things and then say they have to wait longer on food! ♀️

8:56p I attempted to place an order via drive-thru. The young lady was using profanity thinking she was mute. I waited a while for her to return to take my order. I tried ordering chicken nuggets, the fried shrimp, and tenders. She stated it would be a long wait because they would have to pull the items. I decided to decline and just settle for the chicken. She then told me “we only have mostly breast”. Again I settled. I asked to purchase peppers. OUT… the customer service at this location needs to be seriously reevaluated. Will never return.

This was the worst experience I think I’ve ever seen for customer service. The chicken itself was fine. All the sides were horrible I asked for Coke they gave me Dr pepper. I asked twice to make sure that the sauces for the chicken tenders were in the bag they weren’t. Had to wait probably at least 20 minutes for my order from the drive-thru. This one is right off exit 36a on 95 in Ga.

They had 4-6 staff members. But they refused to take our order for 10 minutes and we were the only people in line. So it took 30 mins to get a 2 piece chicken and a sandwich. They were not crowded. They just didn’t care. Worse customer service ever.

Unprofessional. Drive thru was down had to go inside just to find out they have no food. Asked for tenders, were not thawed out, asked for sandwich, sorry we can’t make sandwiches we don’t have ingredients to make a sandwich.

This Popeyes experience was great! The food was fresh and hot! The drive-thru was the only option at the time. The quick service was impressive though. The cashier was very polite and got our order to the T. Definitely recommend for a quick and hot meal with above average service!
