Went through the drive thru during dinner time to grab a two can dine and 2 piece meal. The cashier asked us to wait for fresh spicy chicken to be fried because what they had it the back wasn’t up to their standards. I appreciated getting freshly fried chicken and did not mind waiting the 10-15 minutes on our food. I’ve had good experiences with them in the past as well!

Food was actually awful and cold. Service was terrible and they were out of every drink except lemonade. Lmao.
I would have been okay had the photo not been served to me. Absolutely ridiculous lol.
Fries were maybe decent? But my stomach was so upset I couldn’t even try them.
Down $12.28 to a ridiculous place.

My grandchildren and I visited the location in Monroe GA yesterday and received excellent service. The customer service was excellent, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I noticed what seemed to be a new crew also. What a difference a new crew makes. Keep up the good work.

Today, Saturday, around 11:30 am I decided i wanted a fresh hot Spicy chicken sandwich combo, (#1 )with a coke and 2 sweet and spicy dips from Popeyes. When i pulled up, there was no one in the drive thru or inside, I used the drive thru. I placed my order , pulled up to the drive thru and when the cashier came to the window she was in a full conversation on her cellphone which was in her hand and held to her ear. She took my payment and of course, my order was wrong and I did not get what I asked for, what she gave me was a NON spicy chicken sandwich , they were out of coke so I ASKED for a Strawberry lemonade she gave me a Sweet Tea , and the fries were luke warm and super greasy. The food was not served fresh and hot. I will no longer patronize Popeyes, the service and food has been lacking for some time now and their prices are ridiculous. Farewell Popeyes!

I and several of my family members had an awful experience here. Most of the employees have terrible attitudes, with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 people. They act as if they don’t want to come in. That’s probably why they’re going out of business now!!
