This place has went down hill since it opened. Tenders or nuggets are usually not edible they are always over cooked and seem like they have been sitting out for hours. Chicken sandwiches can be so thick sometimes they are under cooked and raw in the middle.

Had 3-piece meal for lunch. My friends each had the 2-piece meal. The chicken was okay but not great. Seasoned fries were okay. They didn’t have any spicy chicken when we were there and didn’t offer to cook some. Staff seemed to enjoy working together and, except for not making the spicy chicken I wanted, gave us fast and courteous service. It was okay for a quick lunch for people just passing through town, but I wouldn’t stop there again.

We had a horrible experience. We waited 45 minutes for our family’s food. When we got home we were missing not only side dishes but biscuits too. We were told to come in the store the next day to speak with the manager. The District Manager decided $2 of refund was adequate! Save yourself the trouble and do not eat here.

Came here for the 1st time 8/9/23, the ppl were extraordinarily friendly, order was right the 1st time, food was fresh & hot. Everything I ordered was in stock down to the jalapeños. Deborah & her coworkers were so sweet. Being from Brooklyn NY, this the nicest Popeye’s I’ve ever been to! Will be back whenever I’m in this area of GA again.

Every time I go they are out of something. Chicken, fries, or sauce, you name it and they will be out of it when I go there. If they happen to have the items I want then the food is good.

There’s a reason no body was eating here…. When we ordered, the cashier asked the cook to drop some shrimp for our order and the cook said No very loudly and when I looked back at him he turned around. To top it off the food was not good, the potatoes were cold and tastes like rice, they were out of Mac and cheese (or they just didn’t want to cook any) and the Cole slaw was very runny. We spent $50+ dollars and it was wasted. We will not be going back to this unprofessional place again.

By far the best place to get fresh, fried chicken in Cornelia! William, the shift manager, and Micheal provided my husband and I with amazing customer service. Plus, their food is top notch! I highly recommend!

I ordered two, four piece dinners all dark. They refused to give me all dark and downgraded my order to two, three piece meals all dark. When we parked to eat, they had given us two thighs and a wing each. A wing isn’t dark meat and can hardly be counted as a piece in a meal. Service gets a failing grade. I will mot return to this store.

I got the shrimp tackle box meal. Red beans and rice were excellent as always. The shrimp were heavily breaded but tasty. There were only 8 in the meal. The biscuit was good, if very dry.

The worst fast food I ever ate, at one point I thought my chicken tenders were still partially raw. Very weird texture. The personnel was nice and the place was decently clean. I will never eat at Popeyes again. Horrible and expensive (spent almost 50 bucks on 12 tenders and 2 sides) junk food.
