First time here. Early morning staff really nice and welcoming. Very customer focus. Team seem to work together very well. Now I see why they have close to 4.0 star. Surprised it’s not 5 or 4.9. Best Popeyes we’ve been to in years. Food fresh.

Mr.Shane , the store manager at the Gainesville GA store on Jesse Jewell has the best quality of customer service I have seen in a LONG TIME at this location, to the point that I went back the next day. He was courteous, kind, and always had a smile. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and he didn’t have an attitude or hesitate or ‘huff And puff ‘ as others have done in the past. Employees and other managers can learn a lot from him just by how he treats his customers. Thanks Shane for your customer service! Share what you know and do and I will be back for more Popeyes Chicken!

I was so excited to have the shrimp and chicken from this location but it’s not the same with no sauce and I know that seems petty but it really makes the meal for me. I understand no extra sauce unless you pay ( which I did) but i didn’t receive any. When I called they instructed me to come to the store to get the sauce for my two dinners I paid $50 to have delivered because I have an elderly mother. No remorse just contact uber who will do nothing because it’s sauce they really don’t care about customer service at all. Very disappointed

My order was wrong, I called- the phone was put down- I kept the line open, I heard customers ordering but no one came back on the phone. When I went back to the store and spoke to the manager- she went looking for my husband’s order, couldn’t find- I show her the charge on his account, she said she didn’t have it, I asked about the call- and where was the phone I was calling on- the phone was right by the register where she was standing. She told me was busy- by this time I had been waiting on the phone for 25minutes. She never came on the call to please wait, then told me I am busy. I said I wouldn’t have drove up to the location if someone had come on the line and asks me to wait. Aw an manager, I wish she had taken the time to respond to my call instead of trying to tell me I am busy and that someone did tell that she would be with me in just a minute. I won’t be coming back to that location.

I placed an order for Ghost Pepper Wings and Mac & Cheese via DoorDash. They sent me the wrong food. Then, I replaced my original order and they canceled my order! Beware they really are pathetic!!!!! Eat elsewhere. And the manager answered when I called and could nearly speak English. Beware!!!!! They are the worst!

Went thru the drive thru to pick up dinner. Ordered a $20 box special with chicken tenders, biscuits, Cajun rice and red beans and rice. Got home about 25 minutes later to find I had gotten a box of mixed chicken pieces with a lot of wings and slaw. Called the restaurant and finally got to speak to a manager on the 3rd try. I asked to know who I was speaking to and he refused to give me his name, so I don’t know that I was talking to a manager, or if there was even one on duty. I was told I could box it all back up and come back for an exchange, even though I told him I didn’t live close, and it was almost 9 p.m. He was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a very long time. I was expecting him to tell me to swing by the next time I was in town, and he would give me the food I didn’t get. He couldn’t have cared less. My advice is to stay put at the drive thru window until you have examined your food and make sure it’s correct before you pull away. That, or drive 2 blocks down and dine at Bojangles. Their biscuits and customer service are better.

My first time to this location and seems likely to be my last. Popeyes is a personal favorite of mine and I’m honestly happy there isn’t one close to my house so I’m not eating four meals a day there. But, their red beans and rice are the number one thing I’m about when I go there!
So, you can imagine how upsetting it is to order, get a “large” that really doesn’t seem to be AND it isn’t even filled up! At the Popeyes I usually go to, it is a struggle to mix the rice and beans without spilling over the sides! I parked and went inside to ask about it but after being ignored for a bit just decided to go. Wasn’t really feeling up to making a deal about it, so that’s on me.
Don’t really know what the issue is here… maybe the other location over fills? All I know is that if I’m spending money at Popeyes again, it won’t be this location.

The only reason that i am leaving a complaint is that everything i go to order food from this location they always end up getting my order wrong. On top of not getting what i desired to have, the food that i end with is cold.
