I went thru the drive thru today and ordered $21 worth of food. The almond danish I ordered was completely burnt. It didnt look or taste like the almond danish that I usually get. That’s bad customer service. When you all pulled it out of the oven, it was burnt and you saw that and you still decided to sell it. I should have looked at the reviews before I visited this branch. My sandwich was cold as well. Please go to another panera location. Not this one. When you don’t give people what they ask for and still charge the same amount, it’s the same as stealing!

Very rude manager, I got bunch of stuff including chocolate croissants. When I took a bite I went back and asked if it was from yesterday. They said, it is from today but it was a mistake they didn’t proof the dough right. They asked if I want refund. I forgot my refund and trashed the croissant. Then I went back I saw all the croissants are still on the shelf for sale. I said it is not right to sell these to customer, it will damage the brand trust. She was like crazy, she started tell me everybody’s opinion is different, may be others like it, etc. she kept asking me if I got my refund and try to tell me shout up we fixed your problem. I told her okay I was here and tried to eat here then figured out it want right and got my refund, how about other people who cannot come back because they got it to go or drive thru. She was still try to tell of if I got my refund rudely, I asked if I can see her manager, she said she is the manager, I thought her name was Mackenzie, she was bad. She shouldn’t be there at all. Also we got Mediterranean sandwich as usual, all of them lack of taste which I always get other branches, and love it. This time it wasn’t right at all. Superb customer service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond ! Good solid tasty sandwiches..I had the Hot Italian. Superb coffee. The dark roast w half and half and cinnamon is incredible! The broccoli cheddar soup was the best.it was very good! The potatoe soup is a little thin and bland in my opinion and the French onion has an odd tangy taste. The atmosphere is calm with great music playing. Overall a good lunch choice. Service again is the best !

Pleasant surprise! We’ve visited the Hilton Head location several times and had passable meals.

Great quality food and customer service. The young lady at the register this morning at 8am was on top of it ready to help with everything and beyond, available and thorough. We really felt cared for as my family and I stopped by on our road trip. I thought the games and dog bowls outside were so cute and inviting too.

Went to Panera to eat with my daughter. We both ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and I got a salad with it. There was no order before ours other then door dash or Uber eats. Soups are already made and salads are easy to put together. It took 10 minutes to get our order. It may have taken more if if I didn’t go to the counter to wait for our order. When we got our soups, we were appalled that it was water down. Very disappointed with this Panera

Hello!! I recently ate at the Panera Bread in Pooler with my family. I must say that the French Dipper is such a good deal!! I also enjoyed the atmosphere and cozy environment. But on top of everything, the manager, Mckenzee, was exceptional!! She greeted me with the biggest smile and took my order with pure kindness! This kinda service is not what I expect when I go into a place so it was a breath of fresh air to go into this Panera! 10/10 WILL be back!!!!

Oddly arranged seating, just not a pleasant atmosphere. Food wasn’t at all worth the cost paid and wasn’t that much for the price. They should have better side options. The young lady taking our order wasn’t very attentive, too many times she asked again what we wanted. Not too bright nor customer oriented!

I love this place but it seems lately when I come to different spots. It is on friendly and unwelcoming. The food is always good, but it’s always the person at the cash register. That gives me some kind of nonfriendly attitude. When they get to me. So I do believe this will be the last time. I come here also the tables all around are dirty. The windows of dirty the bathroom was dirty. Yeah, not a good place, no more.
