OWNER DOES NOT SEE THESE REVIEWS – USES AI RESPONSE (see my fried pineapple comment) No wonder it hasn’t improved! Absolutely terrible customer and attitudes. I wasn’t expecting much, and was somehow still disappointed. The cashier took the order of the gentleman in front of us. Then shuffled off slowly without a word. She came back to the front and returned to the kitchen 4-5 times and never even acknowledged us. When we got our order I asked for a sauce and she replied with “that’s only available on wings” as she threw bbq sauce in my bag and walked off. (the other soldier I was with wanted bbq sauce). I didn’t bother trying to ask again. Thankfully the strips were delicious and didn’t need sauce. (TV Menu is broke so we couldn’t see available sauces for strips.)… *Edit, just now looked at the other reviews and it looks like this is SOP for this location* …..AND THE FRIED PINEAPPLE WAS COLD AND DRY…..

The absolute worst Popeyes location i have been to!!! Damn I wish I would have read the comments!! My chicken was burned! There’s a bunch of kids that work there not doing their job playing around. Idk what the manager was back there doing but it wasn’t making sure the food was cooked right. Then the girl at the drive thru gave me the expeditor receipt so I couldn’t add in my rewards! I will never return to this location! I’m calling the location right now and the phone line is busy! The number on the receipt is disconnected! Smh

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this restaurant in particular. I’ve encountered many issues regarding the food. I find it common place for the restaurant not to have the appropriate ingredients for their food, for instance the clerk told me they couldn’t provide me a chicken sandwich because they were out of chicken. And they’ve messed up many of my orders as well. And Popeyes corporate refund policy is absolutely terrible. Having a refund done by an unresponsive, slow, and incompetent bot is just unacceptable. At the time of writing this, I’ve still not received my refund on an order that I submitted. Because popeyes decided to close the restaurant 2 hours early at 10:45 pm. So I submitted a refund for mobile order, but the bot declined my refund. If you want good chicken and wings I would highly recommend Wingstop for offering better and quicker services. And they don’t decide to spontaneously close their doors.

It’s no wonder this store has a 2.8 it should for sure be a one now this store is a complete joke and corporate should have made changes as they are damaging the Popeyes brand. This is store is always under prepared they should start off with we only 3 items available when you pull up because they are for sure going to be out of something like how do you have only fries available 3 hours before the store the close, management there is drastically under trained because that’s a consistent reoccurring thing at this store, please do better or bring another store the community as this one is failing the brand

Not really mad but they didn’t have anything but chicken and Biscuits left. Then they ran out of spicy chicken and had to be cooked, it took 20 min while in the drive thru line. Total of 1hr in drive thru just to get meal.

Worst I have ever been too. I am a gm and I would have fired everyone on the clock. Rude is an understatement! Cursing at one another, eating a meal in the drive thru, and to top it off I asked about my order the young lady then told another what she told me and clearly if she had responded to me with the answer in the beginning I would not have asked about it. I went on to ask for extra condiments on my 33.00 order only to get told she put it in the bag in a very rude way. Now I’m home and I have thighs and I specifically ordered certain pieces of chicken. I will most definitely drive to another one without hesitation.

I want to start off by saying I rarely leave reviews!! As soon as I pulled up, the person on the speaker was rude. I’m not quite sure why someone would have an attitude at 11 in the morning, but I digress. When I get to the window, she’s even ruder. I ask for a receipt. No receipt was given. Was then asked to pull forward. I then waited 10-15 minutes for my food. At the speaker, I politely asked for sauce. Ask me if I got sauce….no. No I didn’t get my sauce. Usually I wouldn’t be mad, but when you spend $13 on half ass service and food, you’d be pissed too.

Avoid this Popeyes at all cost. If you’re in the mood for Popeyes, go to a different one I recommend the one in Stockbridge. This Anvil Block location is always out of chicken. Today I ordered a chicken strip box and the lady said we’re out of chicken strips. It’s 5:00 PM and they do not have any chicken strips and their issue is they always blame their lack of food on not getting a food truck. I’ve been to this place several times and it’s always out because of the truck not showing up. This is a continuing problem in our community. This Popeyes needs to be closed or put under new management. I will NEVER come here again.
