The person at the front is a bit stone-faced, but I’m sure because they’re done dealing with people who are trying their patience.
The place is relatively clean. Not sure if it’s their music or Popeyes music but it’s not too loud or too quiet.
They seem efficient since they cleared the line without much issue when I was waiting to ask for my order.

Staff was extremely pleasant and my food was hot and good. Can ask for anything more. I dinned in and it was a great experience. My new favorite Popeyes location! The manager Kelvin made sure I was good and did it with a smile. Thank You!

I had the worst experience here. I’ve been to Popeyes locations all over the country. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any location. The manager was extremely rude. Not only to her staff, but the customers as well. Half my food was fresh, though. I mean, I did wait 45 minutes for my order. There’s so much to say about this location, but I don’t have the time to type it up here. If you go, just be prepared to wait. Also be prepared to listen to someone complain & be rude. Smh…..

Close this place down and retrain employees. There were literally 6 employees working and 2 of the 6 were hustling trying to take care of customers. I waited over 5 minutes to be helped and there was NO-ONE in line infront of me. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow to share my experience. I am not an advocate of AI taking over jobs but this would be the reason why it needs to be expedited in some work locations. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

If there was a 0 star I would have selected it!!!! The manager was smoking in the parking lot then proceeded to chase me into the store over parking. During this time I was DoorDashing. After she fell she got up and snatched the order from my hands dropping the customers order on the floor. As a Popeyes customer myself I have never experienced treatment like this! Mableton pkwy was the worst experience I have ever had! I would have never been treated like that at the Hiram location! Everytime I walk into Hiram they are always welcoming and kind! Maybe she needs to train there!

This would make my third time coming to this location in the past month and EVERY time I was treated so so nicely. Each time I came was just random, I was all over the place, or before closing, like tonight. Tim was so professional and respectful, he didn’t have an attitude and my food was still fresh even tho they were closing in 15 minutes. Pretty impressive to me. Not to mention I came the other week and the manager, can’t think of her name, she made sure I had my 6 wings and they were seasoned to perfection! You know who you are bc you and the young man were calculating ways for me to save to get these wings! Thank you so much!

This Popeyes is hands down the best from Kennesaw to Mableton. My husband and I have loved Popeyes for 2 decades. Ever since the first one opened in Albany, New York. At least once a month we would purchase the huge 22pc bundled family meals to bring home to the kiddos. Even with the kids grown and we retired to to GA. We still love our Popeyes. Recently, we chose to see which Popeyes was the best. Ever since Burger King aquired Popeyes, it appeared that things had changed with the food and quality we’ve loved for so long. We decided to test this theory purchasing chicken fries, mashed potatoes and Biscuits from 3 Popeyes from Kennesaw, Cobb pkwy to Austell, east west connector to Mableton pkwy, Mableton. Upon testing all 3 Popeyes in a side by side taste test, we found the Mableton had the plumper, juiciest, best flavor chicken. The mash was a draw except for the fact that Mableton filled the Container vs others who had 2/3 filled. Mableton fries were cooked to perfection while others were not. Mableton fries were soft yet crispy. Others were definitely overcooked and didn’t fill the box. Mabletons Biscuits were light and fluffy with a crisp top. Others were dry and over baked. It’s a half hr drive to Mableton, but Worth it for the best Popeyes around us. We will definitely come to this Popeyes in the future.
