Do not use the app if you expect your food to be correct.
Sometimes it goes through correctly, other times it doesn’t (either that or they just make it wrong). I placed an app order last week and everything was made perfectly. I clicked reorder on the app tonight and it was all wrong. I even got these weird pico chese fries (something I didn’t even realize was on the menu) instead of just regular fries.
When I called the store they told me I had already had “too many food credits” and would not replace my order even though it was not my fault.
I’ve previously had issues because I ask for sauce on the side and 9/10 unless I call to talk to someone after I place my app order (only way you can get delivery) the sauce comes on instead of on the side.
I don’t want food credits. I just want my food to be made correctly the first time. I hate having to call about a wrong order and now they won’t help me because they’ve messed up too many times and somehow it’s my fault.

What is the point of frying food if you are just going to “Chef Mic” it? Using a microwave to melt cheese is unacceptable! And for Natalie, a supposed manager, to lie that its not done in the microwave, what happens whennyou put bread in a toaster? It becomes cruspy and crumby, at BWW its hard, no crumb at all and it peels. If a salamander is used, the bread would be toasted and browned, the fried chicken wouldn’t be chewy and the ends of the mozzarella sticks completely inedible as they are hard as a rock.

I experienced an incredible service from this restaurant. I placed a carry out order via phone with Emily who went above and beyond in every way possible during my interactions with her. Her phone and customer service skills were absolutely sensational! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such a pleasant restaurant experience as I did here. Food was delicious as well. Thank you!

They were getting slammed on this night. We waited 25 minutes to get a table. It was well worth the wait though. We ordered everything from our waitress the first time she came to our table. Drink’s appetizer and the main course. Drink’s arrived in 5 minutes and the rest of our order 10 minutes later. We were really impressed with the service that was provided while the entire restaurant was at full capacity.

On 1/28/26 I went to eat at Buffalo wild wings. Service was good, food was good but just a warning. As I was leaving appx 8:30 pm I was walking towards the entrance and right before the door I slipped. The floor was so slippery. My friend helped me up these floor are cement and I noticed a girl mopping at the entrance then I noticed a sign sitting to the left of the door. It should had been in the middle of the floor. But you would not think someone would be mopping the entrance before closing being cement floors no rugs it was very slippery and dangerous. Hopefully Im okay it has been a few days my head hurt being that I hit it on cement floor and my backs a little sore. This could had been alot worse. I would think being that this is so slippery they would have Matt’s at the door. My complaint is the safety.

I don’t know if you could get slower more inattentive service if you tried. Staff cursing at each other loudly, waited literally 45 minutes for a table, extremely hot inside, loud TVs, waitress ignored 2 small requests multiple times. Ranch dressing and a plate….How hard is that? I never got either. But she had no problem continuing to serve us alcohol lol. My wings were cold, 3 were still frozen in the center. So we’re 4 other members of my party. I tried to speak to “the manager” at checkout and he wrote me off saying “sorry we’re busy” then asked the person behind me if they needed help before I finished talking. Wow. How on earth is this location in business? I’m not interested in your generic copy paste reply- I’ll never come here with my friends and I again, $147 I spent. Not once more will we come back here.

Trent greeted us with disappointment. I guess he hates his job, somehow that’s my girlfriend’s and my issue. We looked past it, our server was trying to rush us to order appetizers when we just sat down.
Why? When it took over an hour to get our food. Your kitchen staff sucks, they can’t even sauce wings properly. Meanwhile, I feel guilty because the kitchen staff sucked. So I tipped $20 to the waitress who rushed us. Do better, I’m not returning for your terrible service and bad attitudes. I somehow spent just under $100 for a 1 hour wait and light sauce.
I’ve worked in a wing restaurant (DWC), 7 minutes for wings. Why did my food take an hour?
We order 30 wings, 3 tenders and fries.
Your kitchen staff needs to be retrained, or else your servers will continue treating your customers like trash.
Also, Trent, cheer up buddy. Life sucks, but it’s not my fault. The kid should work elsewhere, seems like a terrible environment and I’d choose to spend my money elsewhere.
Next time, I’ll wait the 20 minutes at Applebees, at least they don’t add an hour from the point I sit down.

Our server was very nice and everyone enjoyed their food. That’s the good.
Took almost two hours from order time to when we left, group of 6. They are so slow everytime we come. This isn’t fine dining, maybe they need more deep fryers . Took 20min to get celery because it “had to be refilled”. By the time it came, we were nearly done. Drinks were very slow, shame they could have made more money. Had to play bounty hunter to get the check, we had been done eating for atleast 15min.
Not sure if it’s all bdubs, but this one is slow whether it’s busy or not.

My brother and I had a fantastic experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The service was top-notch—everyone was friendly and made sure we were taken care of quickly. I really appreciated the 20% military discount they offered—huge shoutout to the staff for that!
I ordered the traditional wings with mango habanero sauce and a side salad with Caesar dressing. The wings were perfectly cooked and coated in just the right amount of sweet and spicy flavor. The salad was fresh, crisp, and a great balance to the heat.
My brother had the triple bacon burger and said it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had—juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor. His fries were crispy and well seasoned too.
Great food, excellent service, and an overall awesome visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Tasty food, hot and well prepared! Lots of parking in a busy, well lit lot! Can be busy at times so be prepared, can also be noisy at times. Big parties are welcome, ok spot for kids although the later it gets the wilder it gets. Service is fast and friendly!
