3189 Tucker Norcross Rd., Tucker, GA was the Popeyes that we had a great experience tonight at 8:52 PM order 610. The awesome lady that took our order was very polite, great energy, and kind. Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was also really good considering I was never going eat Popeyes again and I wanted to try it one more time and this time I’ll keep coming to Popeyes because this location did not disappoint.

This is the second time this has happened and when you try to call nobody answers the phone. This place looked absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Please look at the pictures. Very dirty looking and the woman who took my order didn’t look inviting at all… HOWEVER, she wasn’t rude to me, just very “what can I get you so I can keep it moving”. I don’t look for stellar communication skills or a friend at FF places, so that didn’t bother me.
All I want is good food in a timely manner and the place to look cleanly and look like you serve food in there. The food was hot, tasted fine and fairly quick, despite all of its other shortcomings.
I would NEVER EVER come back here, however, if you find yourself in a bind traveling and end up here… the look will throw you off, but the food is fine.

I purchased an 8 piece family meal and was told I can only have two hot sauce packets because the manager keeps the hot sauce locked in a room and the manager was not on duty. I haven’t been to Popeyes in a while because they never have hot sauce and won’t be returning. Plus the large side was only half full.

I eat at this Popeyes all the time and I have NEVER been more impressed by a Popeyes location in my life than this one. The staff is warm and accommodating with the food to match. The food is always hot and tasty and served just as expected (looks just like the pictures). When I need someone, the staff always gets it done. I just left this location about 20 minutes ago and I want to give a special shoutout to the young lady who served me today. She was FANTASTIC! Thanks Popeyes for always making my family and I feel valued as customers and for your services. This is chicken done RIGHT!

I had the ABsolute best experience tonight with Lucky’s team, Donte, Markyle, & Eric! I’ve had one of thee worst days to-date! Here we are a week out from Christmas and I received some news that will interrupt my travel plans home. Being from Louisiana and being in Atlanta by myself, outside of being hungry, I just wanted to feel a lil bit of home.
I arrived at Popeyes at approximately 10:48p; they close at 11pm. Donte told me that nothing was fresh being that they were preparing to close and if I wanted anything, they would have to drop it.
I said, well, I know ya’ll not gone do that, he responded saying, “I mean, I’ll drop whatever you want, I’m here to make my customers happy!!”
And here I am going home with fresh food at 11:01pm!

We pull up to the window to order, the lady taking or order was beyond rude. She starts by barking out “what do you want?” So, I start attempting to give her my order, it wasn’t a hard order, it was a number twelve with Cajun fries and a diet coke. The lady kept interrupting me to repeat my order. At one point I am just sitting in absolute silence for a few minutes waiting for her to catch up. Finally, the order is placed and we pull up to the window, the rude lady walks up and thrusts the card reader towards us. So, I inserted the card and, I tried to input my pin, and the rude lady says “no, you don’t do that…” I couldn’t wait to leave, I get working fast food is rough, my first job was fast food, but so many people are just rude for absolutely no reason. So, in conclusion, we live less than five minutes away and made it home. The shrimp was barely warm and the picture, funny enough makes it look like a lot, but it wasn’t. The fries, were decent but barely warm. I paid 11 dollars for this??? I won’t be going back here again…..

I don’t see how they can sleep at night charging 4.00 and 5.00 for a regular side and then they fill the cup halfway. Like with your red beans and rice. It’s one of their items that brings a lot of people here. And it’s like a trademark and yet they fail to leave their mark on the customer they fail to leave The Taste in their mouth because they only get like 3 spoonfuls of anything. And you have to pay almost $5 for a side. I am done with this place forever. They have lost me as a customer. At a time when we should be looking for ways to help each other in a post-pandemic society, people are just thinking of themselves and the corporate greed trying to charge 2 & 3 times what they used to charge and giving you half as much. Screw this place

I know people like to complain about Popeyes, but I live nearby and frequent this location quite often and I can say it out of an average of 10 visits they might’ve messed up 1. It is ‘service with a smile’? No. But do they get the orders right? Yes. I recall one time my order wasn’t correct, I came back and they corrected it with no issue. I went tonight 10/20/24 at 9pm and had a great experience with no delays or issues with service and my food was delicious! Just want to give this location their kudos. I have no complaints.
