First Thing is First, Nene was Amazing and Kind. She was Pleasant and Consterate. Only Reason I’m giving the Food Two Stars is my Gravy was Cold and Watery. When I was a Young Cucumber I worked at Bojangles. It was a Fond Memory in my Memory. I was a Part of the Arrington’s Bojangles of Smith Mountain Lake and Rocky Mount. I was Happy to See Chicken Supremes on the Menu.

The last four times in a row, i’ve stopped here wanting a steak egg and cheese biscuit, and the last four times times they haven’t had any. What is so difficult about it? This isnt even close to the first time i’ve stopped at bojangles wanting a particular item on the menu, and they don’t have it. Do y’all realize how much business you’ve lost because of incompetence when it comes to ordering stock? The sad part is I knew before I even pulled in that y’all wouldn’t have it, what I was hoping I was wrong. Like so many others, i’m not going to waste my time anymore. Then again, its fast food… What do you expect I guess…

I went to pick up some breakfast sandwiches for family on a Sunday morning at around 9:00. Only one car ahead of me so I didn’t have to wait long to order. The ordering was done by ai, I guess. No human taking the order. But the order was taken correctly so that’s good.
Besides the three sandwiches, I ordered bo-rounds and an order of two bo-berry biscuits.
Everything was ready quickly but the bo-berry biscuits. Weird because it was prime breakfast time. I had to pull up and wait ten minutes for them.
The sandwiches were just fine but the bo-berry biscuit was delicious when I finally got it. I say biscuit because it was an order of two but when I got to where I was going, there was only ONE in there.

The food was okay, but the service and staff are terrible. Everyone was extremely slow, and barely acknowledged customers. My diner in order was packaged to go, and when I asked for a plate for dine in the employee rolled her eyes and slung a tray (not a plate) at me without saying a word. Will not be returning.

Arrived at the drive through at 9:30, and was told by a worker taking trash out that they were closed. If your not going to stay open during business hours then please close permanently.

I ordered six bo boxes had to wait 40 mins. Did not have the biscuits ready along with the rest of the food. Tried to give me a blueberry biscuit to make up with it. They only gave me five boxes instead of six but still charged me for six boxes. Was not wearing gloves while preparing the food.

Came through the drive though ordered 2 supreme dinners and Bo bites. Gave us the wrong drinks supremes were burnt to a crisp when we asked why we didn’t get biscuits the clerk rolled his eyes and walked away and came back and said they didn’t have any when I asked when they would have some he rolled his eyes again and asked someone in the back and said they wouldn’t have any biscuits for 15 minutes and said bye have a good day. This was terrible customer service and if we hadn’t asked he was perfectly happy to let us drive away with less than we paid for. Incredibly disappointing.
